<B>SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA ADERIR LAMINADO A UM MATERIAL DE SUBSTRATO ALTERNATIVO<D> São descritos um sistema e um método para ligar, de forma substancialmente permanente, os laminados decorativos a um material de substrato polímerico ou outro material de substrato alternativo. Uma modalidade preferida da presente invenção utiliza um dispositivo de tratamento em corona para aumentar a tensão de superfície das superfícies de um material de substrato com a finalidade de proporcionar ligação aperfeiçoada de adesivo. Posteriormente, uma película de adesivo é aplicada às superfícies a serem aparelhadas com laminados, os laminados são aparelhados com as superfícies de substrato com a película de adesivo, e é aplicada pressão durante a cura do adesivo.
