Abstract
Термоакумулиращият блок намира приложение като основен функционален елемент в електронагревателнитеакумулиращи апарати. С него се намаляват производствено-техническите разходи при запазен висок топлоакумулиращ ефект. Блокът включва вътрешно гърне (10), в което е поместен термоакумулиращ пълнеж (4), и външно гърне (9), обхващащо на разстояние вътрешното гърне (10). Гърнетата (9 и 10) са свързани херметически по горния си ръб, а горният отвор на образувания двустенен съд е затворен от термоизолиращ капак (12), през който е прокаран нагревателенелемент (5). Пространството (6) между двете гърнета (9 и 10) е обезвъздушено и съединено с газопоглъщащо устройство (8) за регулиране на топлоотдаването. Разположеният в пространството (6) лъчев екран възпрепятства прехода на излъчената топлина от вътрешното гърне (10) към външното гърне (9).The thermo accumulator unit is used as the main functional element in the electro-heating accumulators. It reduces the production and technical costs with a high thermal accumulation effect. The unit includes an inner pot (10) in which a heat-accumulating filling (4) is housed and an outer pot (9) enclosing the inner pot (10). The pots (9 and 10) are hermetically connected at their upper edge and the upper opening of the formed double-walled container is closed by a heat-insulating cover (12) through which the heater element (5) is passed. The space (6) between the two jars (9 and 10) is dehumidified and coupled with a gas-absorbing device (8) for regulating the heat transfer. The beam (6) located in the space (6) prevents the transition of the radiated heat from the inner pot (10) to the outer pot (9).
