Abstract
The method is applied for the preparation of ferment compounds, especially for the production of starch and molasses. By it, the product is cultivated in medium containing products of the amylolase of starch and maize flour as a source of carbon, and a mixture of the hydrolysis of yeasts and diaminophosphates as a source of nitrogen. After the separation of the biomass, the culture liquid is subjected to sterile filtration, ultrafiltration and vacuum concentration. The turned out product keeps its activity up to 4 years.
