Abstract
Методът намира приложение в стъкларската промишленост. Полученото непрекъснато покритие върху вътрешните стени на изделието надеждно предотвратява миграцията на оловото от стъклото в киселите напитки или хранителни продукти, поставени в него. По метода съдът се напълва с тиксотропен шликер във вид на вискозна течност, след което се изпразва по такъв начин, че вътрешните му стени да се облеят с непрекъснат слой от шликера, който образува прилепващо към тяхната повърхност покритие. Съдът заедно с покритието се нагрява до температура в интервала от 3000с до температурата на размекване на кристалното или оловното стъкло в продължение на няколко часа. Получава се повърхност върху вътрешните стени и след частичното отстраняване на оловните йони от нея се образува алумосиликатна дифузионна бариера, която пречи на преминаването на олово в киселите напитки или хранителните продукти чрез йонен обмен между стъклото и повърхността, съдържаща алумосиликатен слой. Следват охлаждане на съда и отстраняване на алумосиликатния слой, съдържащ олово, чрез отмиване с вода, с пясъчна струя и/или ултразвук.4 претенции, 1 фигура
