Abstract

Методът и устройството се прилагат за оползотворяване енергията, съдържаща се в замърсяващи горивни материали и в отпадъчни битови, промишлени и селскостопански материали. Методът включва термично продухване на целия обработван материал в отсъствие на въздух до разпадането му и извличането на газообразните и инертните продукти. Инертните продукти се отделят с вода, като получената водна пара и охладените газове се пропускат през нагрята пречистваща въгленосна маса. Термичното продухване протича при температура, по-висока от 16000с, до пълното разпадане и извличане на инертните продукти. Предвидено е внезапно охлаждане на всички термично разложени продукти с вода, като се намалява температурата на газовете до 12000с. Водната пара и охладените газове се въвеждат директно през пречистващата въгленосна маса, нагрята до температура, по-висока от 12000с, за отстраняване на остатъчните замърсители от газовете и превръщането им, поне отчасти във водород, въглероден окис и други полезни газообразни продукти.
