Abstract

The hydraulic drive finds application in in-plant and in storage transport. It brings about improved functionality, efficiency and economy of energy in the changeable facilities. The drive included two piston cylinders (1 and 2) whose piston rods (3 and 4) are connected to jaws (9 and 10) for grabbing the load (20). The rod areas (5 and 6) of the cylinders (1 and 2) are jointly connected with a first pressure line (11). The piston areas (7 and 8) of the cylinders (1 and 2) are jointly connected with a second pressure line (12). A non-return valve (15) is included in line (11) and in line (12) there are connected a non-return valve (16) with hydraulic control and a flow-rate divider (17) so that its two outputs are connected to the divider (17) input as well as to the piston areas (7 and 8). In each line connecting the two outputs of the flow rate divider (17) with its input there is a non-return valve (18 and 19). The pressure line (11) is connected to the input of a two-way bevel fit valve (21) with indirect control whose output is connected to pressure line (12). The spring area (23) of the valve (21) is connected to the input of a control valve (24) whose output is connected to line (11). Line (12) is connected to a safety overflow valve (31) input and to the output of a safety overflow valve (33) whose output and input are connected to line (11).
