Abstract

The cylinder can find application in pressing devices, positioning devices, in robotics and in hand power tools. Its design secures a quick return of the piston to the initial position, whereas overheating of the hydraulic media is avoided. The cylinder contains a piston (15), consisting of three discs (19, 20, and 21), in which identical openings (16) are formed. The middle disc (21) is connected to a control device with the possibility of rotating around the shaft (23) of the cylinder (10). At one position of the middle disc (21), in relation to the end discs (19 and 20), the openings (16) coincide.
