Abstract

The collector finds application in solar power generation and more specifically for transformation of solar radiation into heat. When used, dry air with a high temperature is generated, the process of heat exchange is intensified, and the heat losses are reduced. The solar collector comprises a solar radiation concentration system (1) with an absorber (2), a coating (8), which is transparent for the solar radiation, and heat insulation (6). The absorber (2) represents a monolithic porous heat resistant material and is mounted in the focal area of the system (1).
