Abstract
Extruded items are used in building construction. The end product is a homogeneous mixture of the same density at low expenditure of reinforcing components under environment-friendly conditions. The composition in %: polyethylene or polyester fibers, or hemp waste or polyester flakes or fibers, or polypropylene flakes or fiber-like industrial waste, or cellulose fiber or basalt fibers or a mixture of cotton fibers and alfalfa stems or straw, or textile waste or a mixture of polyester or carbon fibers between 2 and 10, polyethylene oxide and/or water-alcoholic solution of sodium or potassium methylsiliconate, or asparagine, or cerasin, sodium silicofluoride, or asparagines emulsion in engine oil, or a mixture of cerasin, sodium silicofluoride and asparagine, or asparagines oil solution, or water solution of methyl cellulose or sodium silicofluoride or oil emulsion of cerasin or sodium silicofluoride or water solution of sodium methylsiliconate, or water solution of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose in quantities between 0.05 and 3, cement or cement and silicon dioxide, or cement and ash from a Thermal Power Plant, or cement and phosphogypsum-anhydride from 40 to 90 and in case of need water to reach humid content of 14 to 31. The fiber-like materials are preliminarily treated in disintegrating mixers, where the open surface of the fibers in a liquid phase is treated by solvents, emulsions and suspensions of modifiers and plastifiers with subsequent homogenisation
