Abstract

The sensor is used in sensor electronics, geotechnical applications, etc. It has an improved magnetic sensitivity and option for zerosetting of the output voltage. The sensor consists of a semi-conductive block (1), on one side of which are placed symmetrically to a central emitter (2), first base contacts (3 and 4), a collector (5 and 6) and second base contacts (7 and 8). The sensor also includes two current generators (10 and 11), two identical load resistors (12 and 13), and two DC sources (9 and 14). The cross-section of the sensor structure is under the influence of a perpendicular external magnetic field (15). The two collectors (5 and 6) are the sensor output (16).
