Prior art
Diagnostic imaging is a set of different types of non-invasive research, with the help of which the various organs, systems and areas in the human body are graphically depicted. There are several methods of obtaining medical images: ultrasound, medical radiography, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computed tomography. These technologies are used for clinical diagnosis as well as during invasive operations, and each type has specificities, advantages and contraindications.
Radiography is a photographic method that uses ionizing radiation - X-rays to detect and identify bone fractures, detect foreign bodies in body cavities, chest imaging, or detect dental problems.
Magnetic resonance imaging is a healthcare imaging technique based on the physical phenomenon of nuclear magnetic resonance (MRI). MRI is observed under a powerful magnetic field that affects the hydrogen atoms involved in the composition of water in the human body, which is approximately 70%. Magnetic resonance imaging produces high-contrast images of various soft tissues, such as the nervous system, brain, spine, skeleton, muscles, joints, cardiovascular system, and more, without the use of X-rays.
In practice, separate systems for research with the creation and processing of medical images are known, such as various types of X-ray machines - stationary, mobile, for dental images, mammographic and others, for obtaining X-ray images, as well as devices for magnetic resonance imaging.
No imaging system is known that integrates the various medical imaging techniques.

Examples of implementation of the utility model
The created imaging system, shown in Figure 1, includes a computer with specialized software 1 bidirectionally connected to an electronic file server 2, a magnetic resonance imaging machine 3 and a digital graphic-scopic X-ray 5. Specialized software is installed on the computer 1 , through which the non-invasive examinations assigned to the patient are started and on which the finished images are obtained. The MRI machine 3 is a high-tech medical tool that uses magnetic fields and radio frequency pulses to create detailed images of the body's internal structures. It provides detailed information about organs, tissues and other structures without using X-rays. The magnetic resonance imaging apparatus 3 is connected to a chiller 4 for cooling the magnet and is placed in a metal cage to protect the magnetic field from interference. The digital graphic-scopic x-ray 5 is composed of a high-frequency generator, an x-ray tube 6 with a collimator and a remotely controlled table 7. It is also equipped with highly sensitive detectors, which require much less time to conduct the examination, which reduces the radiation load. The digital graphic-scopic x-ray 5 is connected to a vertical stand 8 equipped with a wireless digital detector 9, which is bidirectionally connected to the computer with specialized software 1. The vertical stand 8, also called a chest stand, is used for examinations of the mammary glands, specific lung and other studies of standing patients.
The created system is used as follows.
2.A health record is created for the patient who will undergo non-invasive tests, history and current health status are taken, and the data is stored in the electronic file server 2.
2.Based on the examination, the attending physician assesses the need for a tomographic examination, which is performed with the magnetic resonance imaging machine 3. On the machine 3, the patient is subjected to radio frequency pulses that are sent to the body and change the orientation of the hydrogen atoms in a temporarily changed magnetic field. When the radio frequency pulses are switched off, the hydrogen atoms emit energy in the form of radio frequency signals, which are registered and processed by the computer system of the device 3, creating detailed pictures of the internal organs and tissues. The photos obtained with the magnetic resonance imaging device 3 are sent to the computer with specialized software 1, where they are read and processed and then saved in the created electronic file on the server 2.
2.Examination with the digital graphic-scopic X-ray 5 or with the vertical tripod 8, with the wireless digital detector 9, is most often appointed for diagnosis and assessment of the condition of bones and joints; for diagnosis of lung diseases such as pneumonia, tuberculosis, lung cancer; to assess the size and shape of the heart, and to diagnose heart problems such as congenital anomalies and other pathologies. In this examination, X-rays pass through the body and are absorbed to varying degrees depending on the density of the examined tissues. Bone and metal implants are high-density and appear white on X-rays, air in the lungs as black, and fat and muscle tissue in various shades of gray. Some types of X-rays use a contrast material such as iodine or barium that is injected into the body to provide more detail in the images. The received pictures with the digital graphic-scopic X-ray 5 and from the wireless digital detector 9 are sent to the computer with specialized software 1, where they are read and processed, then saved in the created electronic file on the server 2.
The data obtained from all non-invasive tests allow the specialist to confirm and/or change the patient's diagnosis and prescribe adequate treatment or refer him to hospitalization.
