Abstract

Метод за изработване на двудименсионни шаблони, съгласно който оригиналният рисунък се нанася на растер, характеризиращ се с това, че от растера с оптическа система чрез асферично деформиране се изработва само един негатин, при който в едната главна посока се осигурява константно увеличение, а в посоката завъртяна на 90', се постига изменяемо увеличение, като се получава коригирана градирана поредица, а след това от негатива чрез контактно копиране се изработва позитив върху фотополимерен материал, който полимеризира изцяло и по цялата дълбочина на пласта, по всички експонирани места, непосредствено след което светлочувствителните места се отстраняват чрез промиване. Патентните претенции са формулирани в 5 точки.
