Abstract
The lamella type portal door is functional, easy to install, meets the modern requirements for safety, with a possibility to utilize maximally the door aperture, and is used in the construction of industrial, public, and residential buildings. It consists of a left-hand (1), and a right-hand (20) vertical column, mounted vertical guides (11, 19), and bearing vertical profiles (8). The vertical guides (11, 19), through an archiform guide (27), are connected with horizontal guides (4, 9), and bearing horizontal profiles (6) that are fastened to the ceiling of the room. In the guides (4, 9, 11, 19, 27) there is a groove, in which are situated guiding rollers (5), which are connected with horizontally positioned, and connected to each other lamellae (17). Opening and closing of the door is accomplished by a driving mechanism, to which there is a rope (10), connected with the end lamella (22) that is mounted to the end roller (24). The driving mechanism is executed with a protective drum (13), closed by the external lid (32), and along the axis (14) of the drum (13) is wound a ribbon spring (12), the internal end of which is fastened to the axle (14). The drum (13) runs in two roller bearings (15). At the external lid (32) of the drum (13) is mounted a reel (16), upon which is wound a rope (10), at what one of the ends of the rope (10) is engaged with the reel (16), and the other end, passing over the stretching roller (7), is connected with the catching mechanism (23), and the end roller (24). In case of a lower mechanism driving, the wound rope (10) is situated along the groove of the vertical guides (11, 19), and is connected with the catching mechanism (23) and the end roller (24), at what the catching mechanism (23) is mounted on the floor lamella (22). In case of an upper mechanism driving, the wound rope (10) is situated along the groove of the horizontal guides (4, 9), and passes through a special roller (29), the rope (10) being connected with the upper end lam
