Abstract

The method is used in the manufacture of magnesian products, carboflex discs and others. By the method, standard thermo-unstable while label paper can be used on which a thermo-stable layer is additionally applied, and for sticking the label to an adhesion surface, pressure is applied. On the face side of the labels, texts, symbols and images are printed by using colour thermo-stable inks, after which the label is placed in flat seats charged with semi-finished abrasive material products. The label is then pressed, as a result of which it is integrally bound to the surface of the end product produced by pressing - an abrasive tool. The finished product is fired at 180 to 200 degrees C for 12-15 h, after which the abrasive tool with the permanently fixed label to its surface is subjected to different test for checking its mechanical stability. Sheets of thermo-unstable while label paper with thickness from 60-80 g/m2 are used, and a bronze coating us applied, after printing, to its face side. Then the label paper is left to dry and cool at normal room temperature for at least 24 to 48 hours.
