Abstract

Изобретението се отнася и до полинуклеотидите, кодиращи тези полипептиди, до вектори, които включват посочените полинуклеотиди, и клетки гостоприемници, трансформирани с посочените полинуклеотиди, и до тяхното използване при производството на посочените полипептиди. Създадени са също фармацевтични и диагностични състави, включващи който и да еот посочените полипептиди, полинуклеотиди и вектори, за изготвянето на фармацевтични състави за имунотерапия, по-специално срещу В-клетъчни злокачествени образувания, например не-Hodgkin лимфома.
