The oil is used in the food industry. It is produced in a simple and easy manner and can be quickly introduced in production. Aromatizer is added at temperature of 20 degrees C and continuous agitation for 45 min to refined sunflower seed oil produced by the press method and refined by conventional methods including settling, filtration, hydration, neutralization, deodorization and drying. The refined sunflower seed oil used as an initial product contains no cholesterol and proteins being a complex mixture of glycerides of higher fatty saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated acids with the predominance of the glycerides of the oleinic, linolinic and linoleic acid. The aromatized sunflower seed oil produced on this basis apart from the above ingredients also contains aromatizers in insignificant quantities which are natural products based on essential oils. 2 claims
