Abstract
The coating includes two coaxially fitted tubular thin-layersheathings (2, 3) based on a thermoplastic polymer material, theouter sheathing (2) fitted to the inner surface of pipeline (1),and inner sheathing (3) is separated from it by means of a coaxialreiforcement layer (4) impegnated by a hardening polymer binder.The outer sheathing (3) is formed by a multicomponent homogenoussystem including at a least one polymer selected from the group ofthermoplastic polymers which have relative elongation not lessthan 200%, melting temperature no less than 100oC and a structuralmodifier of the selected polymer. In addition, at least in oneplace sheathing (3) and layer (4) are interrupted longitudinallyalong the direction of the axis of the coating. Their interruptedends (6, 7) are airtightly interconnected and sheathing (3)together with layer (4) form an integral structure. The two-layerpreparation contains the outer sheathing (3) connected to thereinforcement layer (4), and sheathing (3) is produced from themulticomponent homogenous system listed as a composition.62 claims, 11 figures
