The method is used in urological practice. The ileus-made urinary bladder, after total cystoprostectomy, is close to a maximum in shape, capacity and function to the anatomical one. It directs the urine to the urethra to a maximum and has the facility of active filling and adaptation to the urine volume. The shortening of the urethras is minimum as they are implanted by anchoring. The airtightness of the bladder is safe by preserved antireflux mechanism. It is executed in two alternatives: by manual or automatic suture, and each of the alternatives can be made in to sub-alternatives: by making use of asymmetrical or symmettrical stitch depending on the place of its connection to the urethra.
