Itensures protection against any excessive rise of the heatertemperature both in normal operation when being immersed in theliquid fluid being heated and in operation in dry. The heaterincludes a tubular body (1) housing a heating element (2), andend-piece (3) connected to ends (4) of the tubular body and supplycord (12), and a thermostat (5) connected to tubular body (1) bymeans of heat conducting bridge (6) and end-piece (3) by means ofa hollow tube (13). Thermostat (5) is connected to the supplyvoltage (U) by means of a contactless switch (15) controlled bythe thermostat having temperature switching thresholds around theboiling point of the water.\!
