Abstract
Procédé d'électrosynthèse d'acides carboxyliques par réduction électrochimique d'halogénures organiques aromatiques en présence de gaz carbonique en milieu solvant organique contenant un electrolyte support caractérisé par l'utilisation d'une anode en magnésium. Ce procédé sans catalyseur est très simple de mise en oeuvre et permet d'utiliser une cellule à un seul compartiment. Il est applicable à l'électrosynthèse de très nombreux acides carboxyliques avec des rendements élevés.Process for the electrosynthesis of carboxylic acids by electrochemical reduction of aromatic organic halides in the presence of carbon dioxide in an organic solvent medium containing a support electrolyte characterized by the use of a magnesium anode.
