Abstract

Un contacteur biologique rotatif comprend un noyau central rigide portant plusieurs modules espacés comprenant des spires de matière plastique en feuille dont les bords sont situés aux extrémités du module et comportant de longues ondulations qui s'étendent obliquement à l'axe de rotation et jusqu'aux extrémités du module, transversalement l'une à l'autre dans des spires adjacentes, chaque longue ondulation croisant des ondulations de la spire adjacente suivante et y étant soudée aux croisements.
