Abstract

Ecrou indésserrable comprenant un corps d'écrou (2) présentant une première et une seconde surfaces (3, 4) d'extrémité et un trou taraudé (5) débouchant vers lesdites surfaces, et dans lequel au moins une première spire (9) du taraudage du trou située en contiguité immédiate de la première surface d'extrémité de l'écrou est écrasée axialement dans la direction de la seconde surface d'extrémité. Ladite première spire est constituée par une série de saillies (7) angulairement équidistantes situées sur la première surface d'extrémité (3) de l'écrou, en contiguité du trou (5) de celui-ci. Le procédé pour la fabrication dudit écrou indésserrable comprend notamment une opération d'estampage principale, pour l'obtention d'un corps d'écrou ayant une première et une seconde surfaces d'extrémité et un trou débouchant vers ces memes surfaces d'extrémité, ainsi qu'une opération de taraudage.
