Abstract

Le procédé consiste à faire adsorber lesdites oximes isomères sur une résine macroréticulaire non fonctionnelle d'adsorption, et à éluer ladite résine pour obtenir au moins une fraction d'éluat contenant l'un des isomères et sensiblement exempte de l'autre isomère. Application de ce procédé à la séparation des isomères syn et anti de céphalosporines possédant un groupement oxime dans une chaine latérale en position 7 beta et d'acides correspondant à cette chaine latérale en 7 beta.
