(figure 9).

The object of the invention is to make modifications
the design and insertion technique of such an implant,
whose basic characteristics have been the subject of the patent
July N [deg.] 798.964 and have already been modified according to the patents
<EMI ID = 2.1>
The object of the invention relates to modifications simultaneously in the conception of the fat and in the conception of the
false stump, which surrounds the latter and is intended to receive

stump the upper part of the false stump, coming from one piece
with the lower part, is provided with a locking means
protruding into its central perforation from its
external face to engage with appropriate depression

<EMI ID = 9.1>
According to the invention, one half of the upper part of the false stump, cut along an axial plane, has a conical shape and is provided in its middle part with a transverse perforation. This element of the conical upper part of the abutment is associated with a blocking piece formed by a tongue projecting from a pin intended to be clipped into said transverse perforation to project into the depression of the appropriate fat.
According to the invention also, the depressions provided

diametrically opposite series.
To better understand the invention, it is now described on the basis of the attached drawings, by way of examples only, showing on a greatly enlarged scale in:
Figure 1 an elevational view of an implant produced according to the invention; Figure 2 a view similar to that of Figure 1, the implant being rotated 90 [deg.]; Figures 3 and 4 two sections, respectively by 3 - 3 in Figure 1 and by 4 - 4 in Figure 2; Figures 5 and 6 two sections, respectively by 5 - 5 in Figure 3 and by 6 - 6 in Figure 4, showing the positioning of an anterior tooth on the implant; Figures 7 and 8 two sections similar to those of Figures 5 and 6, the base of the lower part of the implant having a shape suitable for more posterior teeth. ; Figure 9 a section of a positioning cap and its splint.
As can be seen in the drawings, in FIGS. 1 and 2, the implant comprises an openwork base 1 surmounted by a rod
or fat 2.
On the fat 2 is mounted a false stump 3 comprising, coming from one piece, a lower part 4 in the shape of an inverted cone with a gingival top and an elongated upper part 5
similar in morphology to common false abutments but reduced in size.
The upper part 5 of the abutment has an irregular section, in the sense that along a plane containing the axis of the implant it has on the one hand a cylindrical half 5 'and on the other hand a conical half 5 ". the middle part of this conical half is provided with a transverse perforation 6 and, over the height of the conical surface on either side of said perforation 6 is formed a recess 7
with a groove 8 at its base and a cutout 9 at its top.
The central perforation 10 of the abutment is made over its entire height, on either side of the transverse perforation 6, with a flat surface 11.
<EMI ID = 11.1>
is provided over a good part of its height with contiguous depressions 12, suitably constituted for example by lines perpendicular to the axis or by hemispheres, these depressions being arranged in two diametric series

the positioning of the final (crown or bridge) or temporary (crown, see question below) suprastructure.
The release of the abutment can be easily obtained, after removal, for a new adjustment to a different level depending on the possible involution of the underlying bone. Just act on the upper part 18 of the clips to move it aside

The differentiation of the structure of the teeth, whose morphology is different, requires defining two basic forms, which adapt to all circumstances. We thus produced a more massive shape for the posterior teeth.
(Figures 5, 6) and a thinner shape for the anterior teeth (Figures 7, 8).
In order to facilitate the taking of impressions and to keep the abutment in good place during the preparatory manipulations for the establishment of the suprastructure,
according to the invention, a protective or positioning cap 19 is also provided, made of resin or plastic, which will be joined to neighboring elements by means of an adjustable reinforced splint used as a temporary restraint system. (figure 9).
This splint is in the form of a drop-

The joint caps or abutments thus formed can be made of any material which proves to be of preferential tissue tolerance and adaptability, whether it is of metallic nature, covered with porcelain or of crystalline or other nature. With an adaptation of the
