La présente invention concerne un tuyau de raccordement flexible, pour robinets d'éviers, lavabos et analogues, pourvu d'une soupape d'arrêt à obturateur sphérique.
Comme on le sait, le raccordement de robinets d'éviers, lavabos et analogues au réseau de distribution d'eau est actuellement exécutée, d'une manière avantageuse, en employant des tuyaux de raccordement flexibles.
On sait également qu'il serait préférable de disposer,
sur ces éléments de raccordement, un robinet de fermeture ou d'ar-

ration, sans devoir actionner le robinet principal du réseau.
La présence de ce robinet d'arrêt sur le raccord flexible permettrait en outre d'étrangler d'une manière convenable l'écoulement de l'eau, lorsque cette dernière se trouve à une pression excessive.
Le codt élevé d'un robinet conventionnel, et les difficultés rencontrées dans le montage dudit robinet, empêchent néanmoins de disposer un robinet d'arrêt en amont des robinets d'éviers et analogues.
Cette exigence pratique est, au contraire, complètement satisfaite par l'emploi du tuyau de raccordement flexible, comprenant une soupape d'arrêt à obturateur sphérique, selon la présente invention.
Ce,tuyau de raccordement flexible est en effet caractérisé par des conformations particulières, combinaisons, formes
et dispositions réciproques de ses parties composantes aptes à conférer, audit tuyau, une grande efficacité d'emploi.
Plus précisément, le tuyau flexible de raccordement
selon la présente invention est formé par un élément de tuyau normal, de longueur convenable, revêtu d'une gaine en acier inoxydable.
. Un raccord femelle, ou d'autres types de raccords d'emploi conventionnel, et un raccord mâle sont prévus aux extrémités du tuyau pour le raccorder respectivement, au robinet de l'évier, ou analogue, et au tuyau de sortie du réseau de distribution.
Dans le corps du raccord mâle, en particulier, on a
formé un siège de logement pour un obturateur sphérique, dont la rotation, de préférence sur 1/4 de tour, est commandée de l'extérieur, au moyen d'une tige ayant une tête de vis.
Ces caractéristiques et d'autres," de nature fonctionnelle et constructive, du tuyau de raccordement flexible, pourvu d'une soupape d'arrêt à obturateur sphérique, selon la présente invention, ressortiront mieux du dessin annexé, dans lequel :
- la figure 1 représente ce tuyau de raccordement flexible, avec le corps du raccord mâle illustré en coupe.
En se référant particulièrement au dessin, le tuyau de raccordement flexible, pour robinets d'éviers, lavabos et analogues, selon la présente invention, comprend un tuyau (1) , ayant une longueur convenable, revêtu d'une gaine en acier inoxydable.
A son extrémité destinée à être raccordée au robinet, le tuyau est pourvu d'un raccord femelle conventionnel (2) ou d'un raccord d'un autre type connu.
A son extrémité opposée, le tuyau est muni d'un corps
(3) , pourvu d'une portion taraudée (4) .
A l'intérieur de ce corps, on a formé un siège de logement pour un obturateur sphérique (5), pourvu d'une portion saillante radiale (6), faisant saillie à travers une ouverture formée dans ledit corps.
L'étanchéité de cette portion saillante, pourvue d'une tête entaillée (7), d'actionnement ou de manoeuvre, est assurée

Sur l'obturateur sphérique, à l'opposé de la portion saillante,- on a formé une nervure allongée (9) qui, en s'insérant dans une rainure correspondante (10) du corps (3), limite de manière convenable la rotation de l'obturateur.
L'étanchéité de ce dernier est assurée par deux garnitures toroldales (11), avec lesquelles coopèrent deux anneaux (12) , à profil façonné, en métal convenable.

De la description précédente et de. l'observation du dessin annexé, on voit la grande fonctionnalité et la facilité d'emploi qui caractérisent le tuyau de raccordement flexible, pourvu d'une soupape d'arrêt à obturateur sphérique selon la présente invention.

formed a housing seat for a spherical shutter, the rotation of which, preferably on 1/4 turn, is controlled from the outside, by means of a rod having a screw head.

With particular reference to the drawing, the flexible connection pipe, for sink taps, sinks and the like, according to the present invention, comprises a pipe (1), having a suitable length, coated with a stainless steel sheath.
At its end intended to be connected to the tap, the pipe is provided with a conventional female connector (2) or with a connector of another known type.
