Le principe de la présente invention est de fournir un support à un sac en matière plastique pour y déverser

Suivant l'invention le sac est placé dans l'espace qui lui est destiné (Fig.1.) et le bord supérieur de ce sac 1 est fixé sur une bordure circulaire 2, par exemple en étant
