<EMI ID=4.1>

"Individual group of hot water heating for apartment buildings".
The present invention relates to the alimentatic

to apartments.
Currently, two systems are in use. In the first system, one or more boilers supply the heating bodies of all the apartments and the production of domestic hot water is carried out by general tank or by instantaneous flow exchanger. In this case, the consumption accounting is established on the one hand by calorimeters; placed on the heating bodies, calorie counters oi still following a fixed rate according to the surfaces occupied and on the other hand by an individual volumetric meter, the circulation of domestic hot water being necessary. This system does not guarantee an exact distribution of consumption and the hot water is sometimes hot and sometimes lukewarm. According to the second system, wall-mounted boiler-generators; are placed in and individually feed each apartment.
Consumption is perfectly accounted for here, both in heating water and domestic hot water, but the cost of the installations is obviously more expensive. The spawns. maintenance and the risk of damage is also higher.
This is why it appeared advantageous in order to remedy these drawbacks to create a device according to the invention.
<EMI ID = 2.1>
consumption of calories actually used in the two circuits: heating water and domestic hot water.
An individual group of hot water heating for apartment buildings in accordance with the invention is
<EMI ID = 3.1>
sanitary, such as boiler or coil, supplied with heating water from a general boiler and whose return port is used as the outlet for the supply of the apartment's heating circuit.
According to the invention, the domestic hot water producer is associated with a single calorie counter, for the total consumption of the calories used both for heating and for hot water, provided with two probes mounted respectively on the flow line and on the outlet pipe. the return line feeding the producer of the apartment.
Again according to the invention, the domestic hot water producer is associated with a four-way valve arranged between its return orifice and the return pipe of the apartment, and to which the heating circuit of the apartment is connected.
To make the invention easier to understand, it is described below, by way of example only, on the basis of the appended drawing showing the diagram of an installation produced according to the invention.
In this diagram, we see in 1 the general boiler and in 2 - 3 the primary circuit which respectively leaves the boiler and returns to it with a permanent primary circulator.
<EMI ID = 4.1>
control 22. On this primary circuit 2 - 3 are respectively connected in each apartment a flow line 4 and a return line 5.
Each apartment is also connected by a pipe 6 to a main cold water supply column 7.
At the start of this installation, in each apartment is provided an individual heating group consisting of a hot water producer 8 (boiler or coil), a calorie counter 9 with flow sensor 10 on line 4 and return sensor 11 on line 5, a domestic cold water meter 12 on line 6, a bypass pipe with regulating valve 13 and a four-way valve 14.
The hot water producer 8 is connected on the one hand to a domestic cold water inlet 15 coming from the pick 6 and to a domestic hot water outlet 16, and i:
supplied with 17 heating water by the depa pipe; The return port of the hot water producer is used as a supply outlet to the apartment heating circuit. Thus, between the return pipe 18 of the hot water pr teur 8 and the return pipe 5 of the apartment is mounted the four-way mixing valve 14, manual or motorized, which is connected to the two-pipe or single-pipe heating circuit 19. Thanks to said valve 14, the heating body temperature of the apartment can be lowered to the desired value by mixing the water from the return line to the pipe to go into circuit 19.
The regulation is effected by a room thermostat controlling an actuation circulator 20 or the motor of the four-way valve, the actuator then being in permanent service.
Between pipes 18 and 5 is also placed by-pass pipe with adjustment valve 13, which prevents untimely c lation in the apartment circuit and ensures the production of domestic hot water,
On the hot water producer 8 is mounted a low limit aquastat 21 controlling the momentary shutdown of the apartment lateur to ensure priority for the domestic hot water circui.
The operation of the installation by individual groups according to the invention is very simple. The fluid heated by the general boiler arrives through the canal; general 2 in the starting lines 4 of each appeared and serves as exchanger fluid in each producer of water hot 8 supplied with cold sanitary water from:
general power column 7 and providing e domestic hot water in 16.

used through the four-way valve to supply heating circuit 19 of the appliance

so that the fluid can be recycled in said ci] The return to the boiler is carried out through the re duct and the general duct 3.
The calorie counter 9 by its 1C probes
11 is used to calculate the total consumption of caloi used both in the hot water producer 8 for domestic hot water and in the heating circuit, that is to say in the pipes and the heating units of the apartment .
<EMI ID = 7.1>
according to the invention has the advantage of allowing more than an exact statement of the consumption of calories ment used in the apartment, the elimination of a volumetric volume of hot water in the apartment and pressure, with that of the producer general hot water

placed in a cupboard and in a hall or storage room.
Of course, we would not depart from the field of invention by providing the individual group with heat:
described above and shown in the accompanying drawing one another purely constructive modification.
