Abstract

The compsns. contain an enzyme chosen from lipases, proteases and estorases and their combinations, water and a stabilizing agent, soluble in water, chosen from ethylne glycol, propylene glycol and, pref. glycerol, together with a chelating agent consisting of a vitreous phosphate (NaPO3)n in which n = 2-13 and an average of 5-6, and the pH of th composition is between 5.5 and 9. Pref. the components are in the proportions: 40.9% water, 28.6% vitreous phosphate, 0.5% enzyme and 30% glycerol. The compsns. may be stored for long periods.
