Abstract
Bonding method of a panel consisting of a honeycomb core and comprising a number of corrugated core strips with laterally directed electrically conductive flanges on their opposite edges. The core strips have successive nodal areas, depressed at their opposite extremeties to facilitate mating with adjacent core strips. Successive electrical bonding of the core strip flanges to the inner surfaces of the face sheets is then followed by subjecting the panel to a heat bonding process causing intimate bonding of the flanges to the face sheet, and the nodal areas to each other.
