Abstract
Machine comprises a carrier device (1) for the fibre and a drive mechanism perp. to the direction of movement of the fibres, caused by (1). The drive mechanism has means which apart from a movement perp. to that given to the fibres by (1) gives them a movement which as to direction and magnitude corresponds with the displacement caused by (1). Specif. the treatment device is a lath with teeth, the density of placement of the teeth increasing in the direction of displacement of the fibres caused by the carrier device.
