La présente invention a pour objet un distributeur, notamment distributeur de bonbons.
L'invention a pour but de procurer un distributeur, tel que distributeur de bonbons, pouvant être fixé à m'importe quel endroit et à portée de la main, et.- en particulier. à la portée du conducteur d'un véhicule afin que ce dernier puisse, sans être distrait par la recherche d'une boite de bonbons dans son -véhicule et sans quitter la route des yeux, prélever les

bonbons, en un endroit fixe et un à un, au fur et à mesure de ses besoins.
A cet effet, suivant l'invention, ledit distributeur comprend au moins un tube, dans lequel sont disposés les bonbons, fixé, de manière amovible et en position sensiblement verticale, dans un bottier muni de moyens d'accrochage à une surface, telle que tableau de bord d'un véhicule, ledit boîtier présentant une extension, disposée en regard d'une des extrémités du tube susdit et à une distance de cette dernière légèrement supérieure à l'épaisseur des bonbons, ceux-ci venant en contact avec ladite extension du boîtier qui est agencée de manière à permettre le dégagement des bonbons un à un.
Suivant une forme de réalisation de l'invention, le tube du distributeur est agencé de manière à ce que la pile de bonbons qui y est logée descende dans le tube par gravité pour venir reposer sur l'extension du boîtier.
Suivant un mode de réalisation avantageux de l'invention, le tube susdit présente au moins une patte dont la section transversale est en forme de T, cette patte coopérant avec une glissière de forme correspondante, ménagée dans le boîtier transversalement par rapport au tube, pour immobiliser le tube, en position verticale, par rapport au boîtier.
Suivant une forme de réalisation particulièrement avantageuse de l'invention, le boîtier est fermé sur toutes ses faces à l'exception d'une de ses bases qui est ouverte et qui présente l'extension susdite, la face du boîtier opposée à celle présentant les moyens d'accrochage susdits étant avantageusement échancrée pour faciliter la sortie des bonbons.

Le distributeur suivant l'invention et montré aux dessins est un distributeur de bonbons destiné à être fixé, par exemple dans un véhicule automobile, à portée de main de l'utilisateur. Ce distributeur 1 comprend deux tubes 2, dans lesquels sont disposés les bonbons 3, fixés, de manière amovi- ble et en position sensiblement verticale, dans un boîtier 4 muni de moyens -d'accrochage, tel qu'une ventouse 5.
Les tubes 2 du distributeur sont agencés de manière à ce que les piles de bonbons qui y sont logées descendent dans les tubes. par gravité, de manière à ce que le dernier bonbon de chacune des piles vienne s'appuyer sur une extension 6 présentée par le bottier 4 et disposée en regard de l'extrémité 7 de chacun des tubes et à une distance de celle-ci légèrement supérieure à l'épaisseur des bonbons de manière à permettre le dégagement de ces derniers un à un à travers une échancrure 8 ménagée dans la paroi avant 9 du 'bottier.

le boîtier 4, deux pattes 10 alignées suivant l'axe du tube et dont la section transversale est en forme de T, ces pattes 10 coopéranc, pour immobiliser le tube en position verticale par rapport au boîtier, avec des glissières 11, de forme correspon- dante, ménagées dans ledit boîtier 1 transversalement par rapport aux tubes. Le boîtier 4 présente avantageusement deux fenêtres 12 ménagées, dans la paroi avant 9 du boîtier, en regard des tubes 2, ces derniers étant réalisés en un matériau transparent afin qu'à travers ces fenêtres l'on puisse contrôler le niveau des bonbons dans les tubes.
Le boîtier 4 est de forme parallélépipédique et est fermé sur toutes ses faces à l'exception de sa base qui est ouverte et qui présente les deux extensions 6 susdites. Ce boîtier est constitué d'une seule pièce en matière plastique. Les parois avant 9, arrière 13 et supérieure 14 du boîtier sont formées à plat tandis que les parois latérales 15 et 16 et les extensions 6 sont formées de manière à s'étendre perpendiculairement au flan comprenant les parois 9, 13 et 14. Les lignes de pliage 17 entre ces trois dernières parois sont obtenues en affaiblissant l'épais- seur du flan à l'endroit des lignes de pliage.
Les parois latérales 15 et 16 font corps avec la paroi 9 du boîtier le long de ses bords 18, le bord libre 19 de ces parois latérales étant profilé de manière à pouvoir être maintenu, lorsque le boîtier est assemblé, dans des rainures 20 correspondantes présentées par la paroi arrière 13 du boîtier le long de ses bords 21, les extensions 6 du boîtier s'étendant le long du bord 22 de ladite paroi arrière du boîtier. Ces extensions 6 sont évidées, en forme de fourche, de manière à permettre de placer un doigt sous le bonbon qui.repose sur lesdites extensions afin de faciliter son dégagement du distributeur, par l'échancrure 8 du boîtier, en le glissant sur l'extension 6.

Il doit être entendu que l'invention n'est nullement limitée à la forme de réalisation décrite et que bien des modifications peuvent être apportées à cette dernière sans sortir du cadre de la présente invention.
