DESCRIPTION ET APPLICATION DE L'INVENTION.
Procédé de conservation jusqu'a la consommation d'extrait fluide de Myrtille (vaccinium niyrtillus) à 1'intérieur d'un récipient "Aérosel" en verre, aluminium, acier eu plastic ce récipient étant soue pression gazeuse d'un propulseur admis par la réglementation du pays de con- sommation. (ex: azote).
Le produit peut soit 8tre en contact direct aveo le gazs propulseurs soit en 8tre séparé par divers systèmes méaaniques.
Dans le BUT d'obtenir l'application suivante; la réunion du produit cité plus haut, du récipient hermétique "aérosol" et du gaz propulseur inerte (azote), provoque une conservation totale des qualités spécifi- ques du produit. (à savoir améliore la vision NOCTURNE de l'être humain).
Le produit à l'état naturel est constitué de: Tanin, acides, citrique (0,90 %), malique, tartrique, benzoique(0,05 à 0,144%), suore(5 à 6%), peotine, pectose, une matière grasse, albuminoides(0,06%), une matière oelorante (myrtilline bactérioide), facteurs vitaminiques P.(anthocyanosi Propriétés de l'extraits améliore la vision Nocturne de l'être humain& baotérioiae.
Doses: valves doseuses de 5 Grammes.
Les qualités spécifiques et les arômes de ce produit sont constitués par des structurée volatiles et chimiquement très sensibles et donc trés sujet à des influences chimiques et physiques telles que la lumière, la température et l'air ambiant, l'oxydation, la réduotion, la polymérisation, la formation de résines, le durcissement etc... de telle sorte que dans les emballages actuels ils sont ou bien forte- ment appauvris ou bien totalement détruit.
L'invention consiste précisément dans la conservation des propriétés spécifiques du produit jusqu'a la consommation finale en les protégeant contre lee pertes ou altérations et ce sans que lors de la oonsommation partielle la quantité restant dans l'emballage ne souffre d'une alté- ration ou dégradation puisqu'elle@ à aucun moment en contact avec l'air ambiant avant sa consommation
