On agite le mélange suivant durant quelques heures à température ambiante 0,7 g de 2-chloro-l-(a-chloropropionyl)aminofluorénone oxime 15 ml de dioxanne 3 ml d'une solution 1N d'hydroxyde sodique.
On dilue ensuite.le mélange à l'aide d'eau et on le rend alcalin à l'aide d'un excès de soude. Après addition de charbon actif et filtration, on acidifie le filtrat à l'aide d'acide acétique et on l'extrait avec du chloroforme. On lave la phase chloroformique, on la sèche et en l'évapore jusqu'à siccité. On purifie le résidu par cristallisation dans de l'éthanol. On obtient un produit 'jaune fondant à 208,5-209 C. Rendement 75 %.

5 g de 3,4wdihydro-2Hfluordno "'1,9-ef' 1,4-diazépine-.-one-1-oxyde sont mis en suspension dans 400 ml d'éthanol absolu et une solution de 0,92 g de sodium dans 20 ml d'éthanol absolu y est ajoutée. Quand on a obtenu une solution, on ajoute 4 ml de sulfate de diméthye. On agite ensuite le mélange de réaction à température ambiante pendant .
20 heures.
La solution obtenue est ensuite concentrée sous vide et est cristallisée. On obtient des aiguilles jaunes fondant à 197,5-198,5 C (avec décomposition). Le rendement est pratiquement quantitatif.

Le résidu est dissous dans du benzène et est chromatographié sur une colonne de gel de silice. Après dilution avec du benzène, on obtient des paillettes jaunâtres fondant à 231-232 C après cristallisation dans un mélange de cyclohexane et de chloroforme. Rendement 40 %.

On obtient des microcristaux jaunes fondant à 160-162 C âpres cristallisation dans de l'alcool. Rendement 50 %.

La solution est concentrée et diluée avec de l'eau. La solution est extraite à l'aide de chloroforme et la solution chloroformique est lavée, séchée et évaporée jusqu'à siccité. Le résidu est cristallisé dans de l'acétone.
Le produit obtenu est identique au produit de l'exemple 7.
On peut également obtenir le même produit par le même procédé quand on utilise du 3-pipéridino-2H-

On agite le mélange suivant à température ambiante durant quelques heures ;

Le composé mentionné en dernier lieu peut cependant être obtenu seul par le procédé suivant.
4 g de 1-(N-méthyl-N-iodoacétyl)aminofluorénone sont dissous dans 240 ml de méthanol. On ajoute ensuite 80 ml d'une solution aqueuse concentrée d'ammoniac* La solution obtenue est chauffée au reflux durant 1/2 heure et puis diluée à l'aide d'eau et extraite à l'aide de chloroforme. La solution chloroformique est lavée, séchée et comcentrée jusqu'à siccité. Le résidu est extrait à l'aide de cyclohexane bouillant. La fraction insoluble contient de la 1-(N-méthyl-N-aminoacétyl)-aminofluorénone qui fond avec décomposition à 235-237 C après avoir été cristallisée dans de l'acétone.
Les fractions dans le cyclohexane sont concentrées et on obtient des cristaux du produit désiré. Ce @ produit est purifié et on obtient des cristaux jaunâtres fondant à 142,5-143 C. Rendement 60 %.
Un autre essai effectué dans les marnes conditions donne un rendement de 75 %.

On agite le mélange suivant à température ambiante durant 65 heures :

La suspension obtenue est ensuite concentrée jusqu'à siccité et le résidu est extrait à l'aide d'un mélange d'eau et de chloroforme. La solution chloroformique est lavée, séchée et évaporée jusqu'à siccité. Le résidu est chromatographié sur de l'alumine aveo du benzène. Après cristallisation dans un mélange de benzène et d'éther de pétrole, on obtient des cristaux jaunâtres fondant à 210- 211 C et avec décomposition. Rendement 50 %.
On peut obtenir le même produit en utilisant de la l-(a-iodopropionyl)aminofluorénone au lieu de 1-(#035-

Cette l-(a-iodopropionyl)aminofluorénone peut être préparée par le procédé suivant.
On chauffe le mélange suivant au reflux durant 20 heures : 14,4 g de l-(a-bromopropionyl)aminofluorénone 8,5 g d'iodure de potassium 500 ml de méthyléthyl cétone.

Le mélange de faction est ensuite concentré jusqu'à siccité et le résidu est extrait à 1'aide d'un mé- lange d'eau et de chloroforme. La solution chloroformique est lavée, séchée et évaporée jusqu'à siccité. Le résidu est purifié à l'aide de méthanol. On obtient des aiguilles jaunes fondant à 144-1460 C pratiquement avec un rendement quantitatif.
