<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
<Desc/Clms Page number 3>

Des exemples d'exécution de l'invention sont décrits ci-après avec référence aux dessins annexés, dans lesquels : la Fige 1 est une vue de coté d'une centrale à béton . transportable, en position de travail, le répartiteur n'étant pas représenté ;

Transportable concrete plant.
The object of the invention is a portable concrete batching plant, the improved construction of which widens the possibilities of use.
Concrete plants are already known, transportable in which it is provided, on a frame constituting the running frame, a distributor for the metering of aggregates, a loader for the supply of these materials, conveyor means intended to make. pass the mixing load from
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
distributor in the mixer, weighing devices for aggregates, cement and mixing water, a mixer for preparing concrete as well as control means and monitoring instruments for the operation of the aforesaid devices.
In this case, if the components of the mixture are not stored in elevated tanks, the distributor is still shaped to receive the dit-. various aggregates and other constituents of storage stations divided into sectors and provided at ground level, in which they are stored away from the transportable plant.
The aggregates fall under the effect of their own weight from the distributor into a weighing bucket, in which the mixture is composed and through which it is directed to the mixer.
Thanks to the loader provided above the distributor, the aggregates are amassed near the latter and are immediately available to replace the quantities of aggregates used. This is why the distributor is always located at one end of the undercarriage, the mixer discharging the prepared concrete being at its other end and the other parts of the plant being provided between the distributor and the mixer.
When, in such a transportable concrete plant, the mixer-elevator, which has already proved to be very advantageous, is not used, but a forced circulation mixer of known type, working horizontally or approximately horizontally, this mixer is fixedly mounted in the load-bearing structure of the power plant. For this unit to be able to circulate on the road, it must be given an overall height which respects the descriptions in force determining the maximum level of the position of the mixer. In addition, to load it, one must, as is known, use an elevating bucket.

wanted. It is possible to equip a concrete batching plant according to 1 1 .. ;; .-, 1; tion of any known forced circulation mixer, which works horizontally or almost horizontally.
When the concrete batching plant has to be transported on the road, the mixer is brought back to a Medium position and the upper parts of the guide ramps are retracted or folded down so that they do not exceed the prescribed height, the maneuver necessary for this purpose being extremely simple.
Exemplary embodiments of the invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Fig. 1 is a side view of a concrete batching plant. transportable, in working position, the distributor not being shown;
Fig. 2 shows a concrete plant of the same kind, a variant being provided! in the arrangement of the mixer guide ramps, and Fig. 3 shows a similar concrete plant, comprising another variant of ramps for the mixer,
On the frame 1, which for transport is carried on a running frame., There is a distributor of suitable construction which, having no direct bearing on the invention, is neither shown nor described here. .

The cement arrives at the same time .. from the weighing scale 6 provided on the upper spar 7 and the necessary quantity of mixing water arrives in the mixer through a suitable pipe.
The mixer is already running when the charge is introduced and, while the mixing is going on, it is raised on the ramps 8 and 9 from the lower filling position I to the raised discharge position II, to be emptied when he reached the latter. On the frame 1 are further provided actuating levers, control instruments, indicators for monitoring as well as a maneuvering station.
The mixer is elevated by means of a cable 10, controlled by a lifting motor 11. As it is a Forced Circulation Mixer provided with a cover, designated by 12, the prepared concrete is unloaded. through the bottom opening 13.

The mixer 5 is then located between the frame 1 and the upper spar 7 and is. fixed in this position.
It is then sufficient to replace the crutches 15 with a running frame in order to be able to move the unit on the road.

lower filling 1 to its upper discharge position II for loading the prepared concrete into transport trucks. The departures of relic ramps 80 and 9P are extended by parts of vertical ramps 81 and 91, which further reduces the length of the plant, especially in its position of use.
This often plays a very interesting role in the economy of the manufacture of concrete given the reduced size of the plant, especially when working on small city sites. To fulfill this condition, the vertical parts 81 and 91 of the mixer guide ramps can gradually lengthen to form a step elevator 81 '- 91', so that the concrete prepared when it is to be used at high levels construction, can be transported to the place of use without special transport means and without a crane. Also in this case, the mixer 5 is moved with the intervention of a cable 10 and a winch 11.
The guide ramps are here again split comxae it is indicated at 14, which allows their upper part to enter their lower part or to fold back for transport,
As shown in Fig. 3, the mixer closed at its upper part and provided with a bottom opening, which works in a horizontal position, can be replaced by a tilting tilting mixer 50, open at its upper part 51 and not comprising any member. This tilting mixer is moved on a support 16, provided with superimposed guide ramps 17 and 18, from the filling position 1 to the discharge position II, and after having been tilted in the opposite direction, it can pour the prepared concrete from its upper part.
In order to tilt the mixer, the guide ramp 17 comprises, at the upper part of the support 16, a horizontal or approximately horizontal rail.
