Exemple II
48.5 g (0,15 mole) de chlorhydrate de pipéridino- méthyl-5 coumarylate d'éthyle sont introduits dans 250 ml d'éthunol uqueux à 50 %.
Sous bonne agitation on ajoute 16,8 g (0,3m) de KOH duns 50 ml d'eau. On chauffe jusqu'à l'ob- tention d'une coluticn limpide,
On distille l'dcool sous vide et on acidifie pur HCl conc. Après refroidissement, l'acide pipéridinométhyl- 5 coumarylique précipite sous forme de son chlorhydrate (P.F. 260-262 C) qui est filtré et séché.
Les 29,5 g (0,1 mole) de chlorhydrate obtenu sont introduits dans un ballon de 500 ml, muni d'un réfrigérant ascendant t contenant 120 m1 de chlorure de thionyle. On chauffe pendant 2 heures à 80 C. puis on évupore le chlorure dû thionylo sous vide. Le solide obtenu est pulvérisé rapide- ment et transféré duns un ballon contenunt 600 ml do benzène sec. On faitpasser un dourunt de NH sec tout en maintenant la température entre 10 et 15 C,
