Description

   <EMI ID=1.1>

 <EMI ID=4.1>

dites plaques, ..

   <EMI ID = 1.1>

The present invention relates to a method for joining the edge of a first panel to a second panel and, more particularly, when these panels are inserted between two parallel surfaces, in the whole of the spacing of these surfaces.

We were already sounding different means allowing, in general, to assemble panels but, of the point

from a practical point of view, it is necessary to carry out several successive displacements, in different directions, in order to allow assembly.

In addition, it is interesting to be able to have simple locking means making it possible to immobilize the fixing means of these panels after having assembled them.

However, there does not seem, at the present time, to exist a process allowing such a result to be achieved easily.

The applicant has, therefore, developed a process. to join, between two parallel surfaces, the edge of a first panel to a second panel, said panels N'extending perpendicularly to the two said surfaces, in the whole of <EMI ID = 2.1> <EMI ID = 3.1> of plates d 'a width less than or equal to the thickness of the panel presented by the tranohe and comprising first fixing means,

 <EMI ID = 4.1>

said plates, .. - to interpose, between these two plates, a fishplate provided with second fixing means capable of cooperating <EMI ID = 5.1>

together the three parts and bringing said plates together around redisse, <EMI ID = 6.1> a direction contained in the plane of a panel thanks to control means moving in the thickness of the panel, accessible, at least, by one faoe of a panel, and comprising means for locking said wind turbine in the desired position,

The advantage of the method, according to the invention, lies in the fact that only one movement is necessary to allow the fixing of two successive panels and, that then, these can be locked without it being necessary to act outside the distance between the two surfaces, between which they are mounted.

The invention will moreover be better understood thanks to the description which follows, given without limitation, with reference to the drawing of the attached sheet.

 <EMI ID = 7.1>
- the figure represents a view with cutaway <EMI ID = 8.1>

structure according to the invention,

In this figure, we see two panels 1 and 2 arranged in the extension of one another and separated by a sufficient distance so that a movable part 3 intended to be associated with said panels can be introduced between them,

The edges of the facing panels 1 and 2 are formed by "U" shaped irons 4 and 5 in the bottom of which are arranged cells, such as 6, the opening of which, limited to the upper part of the cell, is of form

 <EMI ID = 9.1>

in the panels, behind the irons 4 and 5, at the level of the cells 6, so as to be able to receive tabs such as those described below.

The movable part 3 consists of a rigid strip 7, the axis of which is substantially parallel to the assembly line of the panels and in which are cut out and then folded tabs, such as 8, the concavity of which is directed downwards.

A rectangular plate 9 is engaged between the panels at the bottom of part 3 under transverse shoulders

 <EMI ID = 10.1> vertical translation through the top of said plate 9.

A bolt 11, intended to be threaded into a hole 12

 <EMI ID = 11.1>

screw into a threaded hole 13 provided in the moving part 3.

The simplicity of the above structure is evident and we will explain its implementation, also very simple.

The panels 1 and 2 being slightly apart, the

 <EMI ID = 12.1>

that the legs 8 are located opposite the cells 6.

Then the panels 1 and 2 are brought closer to each other until the legs 8 are introduced into the cells 6 and the vertical wings of said legs have

 <EMI ID = 13.1>

will make in "U" are, then, contiguous.

Then, the bolt 11, provided with the plate 9, preliminary

 <EMI ID = 14.1>

that, the plate 9 resting on the lower edges 10 of the

 <EMI ID = 15.1>

legs 8 in the cells 6.

In this way, simultaneously and by very simple movements, the two panels 1 and 2 are respectively secured to the part 3.

Of course, the present invention is not limited to the actual terms of the foregoing description, but rather includes all the variants within the reach of those skilled in the art.

In particular, the legs 8,. Instead of being deoou-

 <EMI ID = 16.1>

independently of the strip 7, then fixed to the latter by any means known per se.

 <EMI ID = 17.1>

as long as one, at least, of the will 4 and 5 is provided with tabs in the place of the cells 6. The installation and the locking of the

 <EMI ID = 18.1>

described above,

Furthermore, the arrangement of the legs can be arbitrary, provided that there are always alveoli corresponding to said legs, the locking device can be

 <EMI ID = 19.1>

above, and oolui can be provided at the top of the movable part, without departing, however, from the scope of the invention.

Furthermore, the respective positions of the panels with respect to each other can be any and one can, in this way, constitute right angles (see mixed lines on the figure), or any angles we cut. bevel facing panel areas.

Finally, the description above word one evidence

the possibility of removing the back panels just as easily
