La prêtent* invention se rapporte à un appareil de thérapeutique et d'hygiène vaginale et a pour but ; le) de faciliter l'action de* agents antiseptiques et médicamen- teux en ancrai; 2 ) d'agir physiquement (pression relative de l'eau) sur les muqueuses vaginal** et sur l'orifice externe du col de l'utérus.

Dans la réalisation pratique de l'invention, le @ cylindre est formé de cônes successifs dont lea parties ayant le diamètre le plus élevé sont reliées à celles du diamètre le moins élevé du cône voisin par des replis. de manière à donner naissance à des poches périphériques.,
Dans le fond de ces poches débouchent des canaux relié* au canal longitudinal prévu dans le cylindre.
Afin de bien faire comprendre l'invention, on en décrira ci-après un exemple de réalisation non limitatif en se référant aux dessins dans lesquels ;
La figure 1 est une vue en coupe longitudinale du cy- lindre et du raccord y relié.
La figure 2 est une coupe par la ligne II-II dans la figure 1.
Les figures 3 et 4 sont des vues schématiques taon- trant l'ensemble de l'appareillage avec le conduit flexible d'amenée de liquide et le distributeur de liquide chaud et froid.
L'appareil se compose en ordre principal d'un cylindre 1 percé suivant son axe d'un canal 2 et muni à une extrémité d'un pas de vis servant à la fixation d'un raccord 3 également percé suivant son axe d'un canal 4'
Sur l'extrémité libre et en général mincit du raccord 2 s'engage un tuyau flexible 3 relié à un distributeur 6 consti- tué par un support qui dans l'exemple représenté a une forme en substance triangulaire donnant lieu à la formation de trois branches avec robinets 7-8-9, dont deux de liaison respective- ment avec une amenée d'eau chaude (tuyau 10) et une amenée d'eau froide (tuyau 11) et un troisiane de liaison avec le tuyau flexible 5.

Le réglage pourrait se faire directement à partir des robinets d'une installation sanitaire normale avec suppres- sion alors des robinets 7 et 8.
Une particularité est que la périphérie du cylindre 1 est formée de cônes successifs 12 dont les parties ayant le dia- mètre le plus élevé son- reliées à celles de diamètre le moins élevé du cône voisin par des replie 13, de manière à donner naissance à des poches périphériques 14.
Dans le fond de chacune de ces poches débouchent des canaux 15 (fig.2) qui rayonnent à partir du canal 2.
Cette disposition particulière des orifices en retrait par rapport à la muqueuse vaginale pendant l'emploi de l'appareil permet de renforcer l'action physique de la pression relative de l'eau sur ladite muqueuse.
Le cône terminal situé du coté opposé au raccord 4 comprend un alésage longitudinal et central 16 de faible dia- mètre situé dans le prolongement du conduit longitudinal 2 et raccordé d'une part au canal 2 et d'autre part à une poche 161 située à l'extrémité du cylindre 1, de manière à permettre l'amenée du liquide dans le fond du vagin.
Le cône terminal 162 permet d'épouser la partie interne de l'entrée du col de l'utérus (en termes anatomiques ! orifice externe),
D'autre part, l'orifice prévu dans le fond du cent 161 permet d'exercer sur les parois internes de l'entrée du col de l'utérus un effet physique semblable à celui qui se manifeste sur la muqueuse vaginale grâce aux poches 14.
En outre, à l'emplacement de la liaison entre le cylindre 1 et le raccord 3, les conduits 2 et 4 sont élargis de manière à donner naissance à un évidement cylindrique central 17 dans lequel peut être logée une pastille antiseptique 18.
Dans la position représentée à la figure 3, le robinet 9 met en communication l'arrivée d'eau 10 et/ou l'arrivée d'eau 11 avec un bout de tube 91 s'ouvrant à l'air libre.

Les robinets 7 et 8 permettent de doser le mélange d'eau chaude et d'eau froide et un contrôle de la température peut ainsi être effectué en 91 cane que l'eau pénètre dans le flexible 5 et les canaux 2 et 4.
Le cylindre 1 ayant été introduit dans le vagin et le robinet 9 ayant été nia dans la position de la figure 4, l'eau peut circuler dans le flexible 5, pénétrer dans le conduit 4 et dans la cavité cylindrique 17, venir en contact avec la pastille 18 et se charger du produit dont celle-ci est consti- tuée.
L'eau ainsi chargée de l'antiseptique pourra ensuite être amenée en contact avec le corps par le canal 2 et les conduits 15 et 16.
REVENDICATIONS
1) Appareil de thérapeutique et d'hygiène vaginale, caractérisé en ce qu'il ont formé d'un cylindre (1) destiné à être introduit dans le vagin et muni d'un raccord à une arrivée de liquide et comprenant un espace (17) qui sert à la réception d'un élément antiseptique ou médicamenteux par exemple une pastille (18) et qui est en liaison avec un canal (4) d'amenée d'eau ou de liquide percé dans le raccord (3) et avec un canal (2) percé dans le cylindre (1) et dans lequel s'ouvrent des canaux (15-16) de distribution du liquide antiseptique vers le corps.
