   La présente invention est relative d'une façon générale à la production d'objets composés comprenant un moulage de caoutchouc ou matière similaire et plus particulièrement à un procédé amélioré de production de tels objets. 



   L'invention concerne notamment la production d'objets tels que, par exemple, des roues en caoutchouc, des poulies pour courroies, etc. 



   Le procédé suivant la présente invention est principalement ca- ractérisé par le fait que le caoutchouc ou la matière similaire sont appli- qués à et ancrés directement sur un corps de support métallique sur le- auel le caoutchouc ou cette matière similaire sont ensuite vulcanisés, 
Afin d'assurer une fixation et un ancrage sur de la matière caout- chouteuse sur le corps de support, ce dernier peut être pourvu d'un ou plusieurs flasques métalliques en saillie qui sont totalement noyés dans la matière caoutchouteuse et pourvus de perforations dans lesquelles la matière caoutchouteuse pénètre et se rejoint lors du processus de moulage. 



   Le nouveau procédé de la présente invention apporte une simplifi- cation importante de la production et une réduction du coût de production; en même temps, la pièce moulée en caoutchouc ou matière similaire aura des caractéristiques améliorées de stabilité du fait de son ancrage sur le rebord noyé dans cette pièce. 



   L'invention est schématiquement représentée aux dessins annexés illustrant, à titre d'exemples seulement, quelques formes de réalisation. 



   La figure 1 est une coupe axiale à travers la montée d'un corps de support métallique en forme de moyeu de roue tubulaire. 



   La figure 2 est une vue en élévation correspondante montrant un quart de ce moyeu. 



   La figure 3 est une coupe transversale prise axialement à travers un objet composé comprenant un corps de support er forme de moyeu de roue tubulaire sur lequel est moulée une roue de matière caoutchouteuse vulca-   nisée.   



   La figure 4 illustre, d'une manière similaire à celle de la figu- re 3, en coupe transversale, la montée d'une roue dans laouelle le moyeu de roue tubulaire comporte un flasque radial présentant des portions de sa périphérie, repliées latéralemento 
La figure 5 illustre un objet composé dont le corps de support à flasque est en forme de jante de roue. 



   En se référant maintenant aux dessins, plus particulièrement aux figures 1 à 4, la référence 1 désigne un moyeu de roue tubulaire métallique destiné à être monté à rotation sur un tourillon d'axe. Le. manchon du moyeu est pourvu d'un flasque circonférentiel 2 saillissant radialement et présentant deux rangées concentriques der perforations 3. 



   A la figure 3, la référence 4 désigne la matière caoutchouteuse qui est fixée, à l'ensemble 1, 2 du moyeu tubulaire et du flasque par moula- ge sur ceux-ci; au cours du processus de moulage, la matière caoutchouteuse pénètre dans les trous 3 du flasque 2 et se rejoint donc dans ces trous, de manière à provoquer un ancrage sûr de la pièce moulée caoutchouteuse; ensuite, la roue est vulcanisée. 



   Comme montré à la figure 4, le flasque peut être plié latéralement à sa périphérie 5, de manière à assurer une solidarisation ou un agrippa- ge encore plus satisfaisants dans la pièce moulée caoutchouteuse 4.

   REVENDICATIONS 
1. Un procédé de production d'objets composés, tels que des roues de caoutchouc, des poulies pour courroies, etc. comprenant un moulage de caoutchouc ou matière similaire, caractérisé en ce que le caoutchouc ou la matière similaire   somt   appliqués à et ancrés directement sur un corps de support métallique sur lequel ce caoutchouc ou cette matière similaire sont ensuite vulcanisés. 



   2. Un objet composé produit par le procédé suivant la revendica- tion 1, caractérisé en ce que le caoutchouc ou matière similaire (4) est appliqué à ou ancré sur un corps de support métallique (1,6) comportant un ou plusieurs flasques métalliques en saillie (2) qui sont totalement noyés dans la matière caoutchouteuse ou autre (4) et pourvus de perfora- tions (3) dans lesquelles, lors des processus de moulage et de vulcanisa- tion, la matière (4) pénètre et se   rejoint,dé   manière à ancrer ladite matière au corps de support.

In order to ensure fixing and anchoring on the rubber-like material on the support body, the latter can be provided with one or more projecting metal flanges which are completely embedded in the rubber-like material and provided with perforations in which the rubbery material penetrates and joins together during the molding process.



   The new process of the present invention provides a significant simplification of the production and a reduction of the cost of production; at the same time, the molded part of rubber or similar material will have improved stability characteristics due to its anchoring to the rim embedded in this part.



   The invention is schematically represented in the accompanying drawings illustrating, by way of examples only, some embodiments.



   Figure 1 is an axial section through the rise of a metal support body in the form of a tubular wheel hub.



   FIG. 2 is a corresponding elevational view showing a quarter of this hub.



   Figure 3 is a cross section taken axially through a composite article comprising a supporting body in the form of a tubular wheel hub on which is molded a wheel of vulcanized rubbery material.



   FIG. 4 illustrates, in a manner similar to that of FIG. 3, in cross section, the mounting of a wheel in the tubular wheel hub comprises a radial flange having portions of its periphery, folded laterally.
FIG. 5 illustrates a compound article, the flanged support body of which is in the form of a wheel rim.



   Referring now to the drawings, more particularly to Figures 1 to 4, reference numeral 1 designates a metallic tubular wheel hub intended to be mounted for rotation on an axle journal. The. the hub sleeve is provided with a circumferential flange 2 projecting radially and having two concentric rows of perforations 3.



   In FIG. 3, the reference 4 denotes the rubbery material which is fixed to the assembly 1, 2 of the tubular hub and of the flange by molding thereon; during the molding process, the rubbery material penetrates into the holes 3 of the flange 2 and therefore joins in these holes, so as to cause a secure anchoring of the rubbery molded part; then the wheel is vulcanized.



   As shown in FIG. 4, the flange can be folded laterally at its periphery 5, so as to ensure even more satisfactory securing or gripping in the rubber molded part 4.

   In FIG. 5, the support body consists of an annular wheel rim 6 provided with a radial flange 2 having perforations 3.



   CLAIMS
1. A process for producing compound objects, such as rubber wheels, pulleys for belts, etc. comprising a molding of rubber or the like, characterized in that the rubber or the like material is applied to and anchored directly to a metal support body on which this rubber or the like is then vulcanized.
