La présente demande vise à protéger des perfectionne- ments apportés aux appareils turbo-gazéificateurs et par lesquels on obtient de grande avantages par rapport aux appareils connus, représentant environ 35 % d'économie lorsqu'on brûle des charbons courants.'
L'appareil selon l'invention est destiné en soi et spécialement à la pulvérisation de toutes les sortes de charbons minéraux et végétaux, de même que des charbons bitumineux.

Pour une meilleure compréhension de la description qui va suivre, et à titre d'exemple non limitatif, cette descrip- tion est accompagnée de deux exemples de réalisation de ce qui en, soi constitue la présente invention, afin d'indiquer clairement les perfectionnements qui ont été apportés à ces appareils, les- quels sont représentés schématiquement.
La figure 1 est une vue en coupe en élévation.
La figure 2 est une vue extérieure de l'appareil après une brisure partielle montrant le mécanisme intérieur.

, Conformément aux dessins précités, l'appareil'comprend une enveloppe 1 et une carcasse circulaire extérieure 2 qui sont fixées l'une contre l'autre au moyen de vis 3 et 5 disposées à la partie inférieure et à la partie supérieure avec intercalation d'u, ne rondelle 4 pour le meilleur assemblage de cette enveloppe et de cette'carcasse.
Il comprend aussi un arbre 6 placé dans la partie cen- trale de l'ensemble et muni d'un presse-étoupe 7 placé convenable- ment contre les roulements à billes 7'.
Ledit arbre porte également des disques porte-marteaux 8 et 9, qui en sont solidaires et dont les marteaux 10 sont placés radialement par rapport à l'arbre 6 et sont utilisés pour la pulvé- risation du charbon'pendant leur rotation.
L'assemblage des marteaux avec les disques se fait au moyen de vis 11 vissées dans leur extrémité.
De même, l'arbre 6 porte un disque 12 à palettes 13 chargées de projeter le combustible.
L'arbre 6 est également muni d'une pièce 14,destinée l'accouplement du moteur électrique à l'appareil turbo-gazéifica,-

teur, et, d'un chapeau réglable 15, lequel est délimité par un loquet 16 prévu à la partie supérieure avec un ressort 17, qui est actionné par un poussoir 18. Entre l'enveloppe,et la carcasse, il est prévu un diaphragme 19, qui consiste.en un disque percé de trous et ayant pour objet de retenir et de gazéifier le combusti- ble jusqu'à, ce qu'il soit séché. Ce diaphragme est fixé au moyen de vis 20, qui sont disposées tout autour de l'appareil.
.,L'appareil décrit est destiné à la pulvérisation de tout genre de charbons minéraux et végétaux, au moyen d'une combi- naison de marteaux disposés radialement sur deux disques, dont l'accouplement permet de pulvériser le charbon, et par admission i. joue le rôle d'un carburateur en extrayant l'hydrogène et en ser- vant à retenir le,combustible pendant tout le temps nécessaire à son séchage.
Par admission, ses roulements sont refroidis, et par cela même, l'oxygène se'mélange avec.l'hydrogène et les autres par. ties du combustible dont sont composés et solidifiés toutes les sox tes de charbons d'origine végétale et minérale.
Avec ledit appareil, on peut également utiliser le mo- de de pulvérisation et de gazéification des divers types de char- bons bitumineux. Ledit accouplement mécanique dans son effort ma- ximum de capacité travaillera complètement refroidi, de sorte que par le frottement la température ne s'élèvera pas à plus de 25 ; ce turbo-gazéificateur ne doit pas être accouplé à un four, sans qu'on ait préalablement allumé du feu dans celui-ci, afin d'envoyer sur ce feu le jet de combustible, pour obtenir les calories qui, en pieds cubes, doivent être brûlées ou produites, leur nombre pou- vant varier de 1000 à 7000 calories par pied cube;
le maximum peut être atteint selon la puissance en chevaux de la chaudière ou du four, auxquels s'appliquent ces sortes de combustibles, dont le carburateur est réglable du minimum au maximum de chaleur qui est désiré.

L'élément fondamental de l'invention consiste dans la pièce circulaire qui porter dans son enveloppe intérieure et moyen- nant le réglage de l'air qui est absorbé et réglé, un accouplement sur sa cage de roulement du côté droit, de sorte qu'il s'établit entre les deux pièces une synchronisation des matières combusti- bles'et'réglées, ce qui fait obtenir une carburation parfaite.
Les palettes du ventilateur pour la projection présen- tent,dans leur partie supérieure.une petite courbure qui peut être mise à profit pour le glissement plus' efficace dee combustibles.
Les marteaux sont en acier allié à haute teneur. En compensation, les diamètres des entrées d'air et les diamètres de tous les trous de la rondelle coïncident avec la sortie du turbo-gazéificateur, de sorte qu'il se forme l'ensemble dont il a été question ci-avant.
Un second exemple de réalisation de l'appareil selqn l'invention va être décrit ci-après. ' Comme cela ressortira de , cette description, cette variante constitue 'un important perfecr tionnement pan rapport à l'état antérieur de la technique.
Parmi les améliorations apportées, il y a lieu de ci- ter le remplacement de la trémie simpl par une trémie régulatrice beaucoup plus parfaire.
Cette trémie consiste en un réducteur de vitesse, dis- tributeur de charbon'et régulateur de chute. Ces éléments sont, à leur tour, composés d'une auge ou carcasse semi-tubulaire dont l'é- paisseur est indiquée en 21, ainsi que d'une vis d'extrémité 22 et d'un couvercle de carcasse d'extrémité 23 sur lequel est disposée une autre carcasse 24 contenant une couronne dentée 29 et une vis sans fin 30, tandis que dans la partie inférieure de la première carcasse il est prévu une languette de réglage 25 sur laquelle est dressé verticalement un distributeur carré 26 pou-r le combustible.

d'extrémité, et à l'intérieur de cette carcasse et normalement au distributeur carré il est prévu un arbre de propulsion 27, de dia- mètre convenable et foré pour le placement de broches 28, qui bri- 'sent le charbon et l'approchent du distributeur.
La carcasse 24 précitée contient, comme il est dit ci-avant, une couronne dentée 29 et une vis sans fin 30 réductrice de vitesse, avec un palier de renfort (31) avec roulement, prévu à l'extrémité de l'arbre 27. De .même, il est prévu un autre palier
32 à l'extrémité opposée dudit arbre 27, tandis que 33 et 34 sont les renforts situés à la suite des roulements déjà cités.
Les carcasses sont assujetties au moyen des vis 35 et
36.
En outre, la trémie en question (figure 4) consiste en une commande à trois bras 37 portant chacun une boule à leur extré, mité libre, pour régler le combustible, ainsi qu'en une pièce de renfort 38 et des roulements à billes 39 et 40; elle comprend en outre un arbre de commande vis sans fin 41, un support 42 de vis sans fin et la vis sans fin 43.
Bien que le mode d'exécution décrit ici constitue une application préférée de la présente invention, on pourra y appor- ter des modifications de forme et de détail sans que varie l'essen- ,ce de celle-ci, qui va être revendiquée ci-après.
REVENDICATIONS
1. Appareil turbo-gazéificateur, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une combinaison de marteaux disposés radialement sur deux disques, dont l'accouplement permet de pulvériser le charbon pt qui,par admission, joue le rôle d'un carburateur, en extrayant l'hydrogène et en servant de retenue pour le combustible pendant tous le temps nécessaire à son séchage.

For a better understanding of the description which will follow, and by way of nonlimiting example, this description is accompanied by two exemplary embodiments of what in itself constitutes the present invention, in order to clearly indicate the improvements which have been made to these devices, which are shown schematically.

According to the aforementioned drawings, the apparatus comprises a casing 1 and an outer circular carcass 2 which are fixed against each other by means of screws 3 and 5 arranged at the lower part and at the upper part with interposed d 'u, a washer 4 for the best assembly of this envelope and this carcass.
It also comprises a shaft 6 placed in the central part of the assembly and provided with a stuffing box 7 suitably placed against the ball bearings 7 '.
Said shaft also carries hammer-carrying discs 8 and 9, which are integral with it and whose hammers 10 are placed radially with respect to the shaft 6 and are used for the pulverization of the coal during their rotation.

tor, and, an adjustable cap 15, which is delimited by a latch 16 provided at the upper part with a spring 17, which is actuated by a pusher 18. Between the casing and the carcass, there is provided a diaphragm 19, which consists of a disc with holes for the purpose of retaining and gasifying the fuel until it is dried. This diaphragm is fixed by means of screws 20, which are arranged all around the device.
., The apparatus described is intended for spraying all kinds of mineral and vegetable coals, by means of a combination of hammers arranged radially on two discs, the coupling of which makes it possible to pulverize the coal, and by admission i . plays the role of a carburetor by extracting hydrogen and serving to retain the fuel for the time necessary for its drying.
By admission, its bearings are cooled, and by this very fact, the oxygen mixes with hydrogen and the others by. parts of the fuel of which all the carbon bases of vegetable and mineral origin are composed and solidified.
With said apparatus, it is also possible to use the method of pulverizing and gasifying various types of bituminous coal. Said mechanical coupling in its maximum capacity effort will work completely cooled, so that by friction the temperature will not rise to more than 25; this turbo-gasifier must not be coupled to a furnace without first having lit a fire in it, in order to send the fuel jet on this fire, to obtain the calories which, in cubic feet, must be burned or produced, their number varying from 1000 to 7000 calories per cubic foot;
the maximum can be reached according to the horsepower of the boiler or the furnace, to which these kinds of fuels are applied, the carburetor of which is adjustable from the minimum to the maximum heat that is desired.

The fundamental element of the invention consists in the circular part which carries in its inner envelope and by means of the regulation of the air which is absorbed and regulated, a coupling on its rolling cage on the right side, so that a synchronization of the combustible and regulated materials is established between the two parts, which results in perfect carburization.
The blower blades for blasting have a small curvature at the top which can be utilized for more efficient sliding of fuels.
Hammers are made of high grade alloy steel. In compensation, the diameters of the air inlets and the diameters of all the holes in the washer coincide with the outlet of the turbo-gasifier, so that the assembly is formed which was discussed above.
A second exemplary embodiment of the apparatus according to the invention will be described below. As will emerge from this description, this variant constitutes an important improvement over the prior state of the art.
Among the improvements made, it is worth mentioning the replacement of the simpl hopper by a much more perfect regulating hopper.
This hopper consists of a speed reducer, coal distributor and drop regulator. These elements are, in turn, composed of a trough or semi-tubular carcass, the thickness of which is indicated at 21, as well as an end screw 22 and an end carcass cover 23 on which is disposed another carcass 24 containing a toothed ring 29 and a worm 30, while in the lower part of the first carcass there is provided an adjustment tab 25 on which is erected vertically a square distributor 26 for fuel.

end, and inside this frame and normally in the square distributor there is provided a propulsion shaft 27, of suitable diameter and drilled for the placement of pins 28, which break up the coal and the approach the distributor.
The aforementioned carcass 24 contains, as stated above, a toothed ring 29 and a speed-reducing worm 30, with a reinforcing bearing (31) with rolling, provided at the end of the shaft 27. Similarly, another level is planned

In addition, the hopper in question (FIG. 4) consists of a control with three arms 37 each carrying a ball at their end, free moth, to adjust the fuel, as well as a reinforcing piece 38 and ball bearings 39 and 40; it further comprises a worm drive shaft 41, a worm support 42 and the worm 43.
