   La présente   Inventif   a pour objet une nouvelle machine rouleuse   destinée   à la   fabrication   de pains ronds. 



   Les   caractéristiques   de cette machine seront décrites en se méférant aux figures du dessin   annexe.   



   La figure 1   représenta   la machine rouleuse en élévation   l@térale,   tandis que la figure 2 représente celles-ci en élévation   lon-   giaudinale

 forme de gouttière disposée sur un support approprié 1, à   l'intérieur   de laquelle travaille une   biello     support   3, en forme de demi-lune ou   de   surface plate, la dite bielle étant articulée à ses deux   extrémités   par un   bras à   relié excentriquement, chacun à un plateau tournant 5. 



   Ces plateaux 1 impriment ainsi à la bielle support 2 un mouvement de va et vient, parallèle à la gouttière 2. 



   On engage le pâton destiné à former le pain. dans l'entrée 8 de l'appareil et celui-ci pénètre ainsi dans le chenal constitué par la gouttière et la bielle support 1 qui, par suite de Sonmouve- ment l'entraîne parà coups de frottements inter ditents et réguliers, selon un mouvement de rotation qui lui donne sa forme ronde, vors   la   sortie 9. 



   On pourra, à volonté= rapprocher ou écarter la gouttière 2 de la bielle-support 3, par l'action de deux vis de règlage 7 disposéer sur des supports 6, ce qui   penet   d'obtenir le roulage de   pâtons   de différentes épaisseurs. la   bielle     support .1   sera garnie de caoutchouc et vers l'extrémité de sortie elle sera disposée de manière à se rapprocher de la   gouttière &   pour diminuer   l'écartement   et obtenir ainsi un pain rond bien soudé. 



   On pourra aussi, selon l'invention, imprimer à la bielle un mouvement de torsion vers la gouttière par tout mécanisme approprié, 
Dans la   forne   d'exécution représentée à titre d'exemple non limitatif aux figures du dessin, on a donné à la bielle support 3 une   fonte   en   déni-lune,  mais on pourrait également lui donner une for- me plate ou encore toute autre appropriée. 



   Sans sortir du cadre de l'invention, on pourrait égale- Ment, selon une autre forme d'exécution   de, la   machine,   rendra   la gout-      tière mobile   ar   tout   mécanisme   approprié et maintenir la bielle-sup- port fixe,   ce'qui     Remettrait   d'obtenir le même résultat.
