The invention in question relates to a bottle intended to contain liquid under pressure, in particular perfumes, cosmetics, insecticides, disinfectants and the like, and designed in such a way that it can be fitted with a capsule for the preparation. spraying of liquid under pressure.
The object of the present invention is to provide a bottle of the aforementioned type in which a bowl carrying the immersion tube simultaneously seals the bottle, without the need for recourse. to other processes to achieve this.
The bottle, object of the present invention, intended to contain a liquid under pressure and intended to be provided with a spray cap is therefore characterized by a sealed closure element consisting of a cap which by its edge is fixed around the upper part of the neck of the bottle and which has in the central part, a stamped, the upper part of which slides into a tube which plunges to the bottom of the bottle; the thickness of the stamping is small enough to be able to be perforated axially.
The following description of the device will be better understood by referring to the accompanying drawings in which: FIG. 1 represents the bottle in longitudinal section along the axis and, FIG. 2 represents an axial section of the spray capsule applicable to the bottle in figure 1.
Referring to these figures in which the same reference numerals indicate the same parts or the corresponding parts, it can be seen that: 1 indicates the bottle containing the liquid 2 to be sprayed and having a neck 3 provided on the outside with a net 4.
On the orifice of the neck 3 is a seat 5 on the bottom of which are provided circular grooves 6 with a triangular section, intended to increase the tightness of a gasket 7 housed in the seat mentioned above.
On the neck 3 of the bottle 1 is arranged so as to be able to press on the gasket 7 an element 8 provided so as to achieve the tight closure of the bottle 1 in question. This closing element is thin and can be tightened by its edge 9 of the neck 3 of the bottle 1; it is stamped in its central part 10, this stamped part penetrating inside the neck 3 of the bottle.
The lower part of the stamping 11 is flared and there is elastically fixed a tube 12 plunging to the bottom of the bottle.
The cup closure member 8 acts as a provisional sealing diaphragm and is then axially perforated by a spike 13 with which the mushroom seal valve 14 of the spray capsule 15 is provided when the latter is screwed onto the neck. 3 externally threaded (see fig. 2) of the bottle; The drilling takes place when the mushroom valve 14 is opened for the first time. This valve and therefore the perforating tip 13 are actuated by a pusher 16 against the action of a spring 17.
The spray capsule is described in patent application no.416,689 dated August 7 by the same applicant and has been shown

felt in its particularities and briefly described for the sole purpose of better understanding the application and use of the closure element, but it goes without saying that the only object of the present invention is the 'assembled bottle of the element tight closure as indicated above.
