PERFECTIONNEMENT AUX EMPAQUETAGES EN CARTON OU AUTRES MATIERES EQUIVALENTES.
Le présent perfectionnement concerne un empaquetage en carbon ou autres matières équivalentes et a pour objet de prévoir, sur les bandes latérales destinées à former les parois de l'empaquetage, des échancrures, trous ou perforations de toutes formes appropriées correspondant deux à deux sur les bandes jointives, et à réunir ces bandes, redressées, par une ou des attaches, métalliques de préférence, accrochées à ces échancrureso
Le dessin annexé à ce mémoire représente, à titre d'exemple uniquement, en:
Fig. 1, un développement rectangulaire, conçu pour former l'empaquetage conforme à l'invention ;
Figo 2, une vue en perspective de l'empaquetage avec couvercle ouvert, et
Figo 3,une coupe partielle à travers deux parois latérales adjacentes de l'empaquetage, à hauteur des perforationso
Le développement rectangulaire représenté en Fige 1, conçu pour former l'empaquetage tel que représenté en Fige 2, comprend un fond 1, des bandes latérales 2, destinées à former les parois de l'empaquetage, et un couvercle 3 muni de deux pattes 4 et d'une languette 5.
Pour réaliser l'objet de l'invention, sur les bandes latérales 2 sont prévus des trous 6, correspondant deux à deux, sur les bandes jointives et à proximité de leurs bords.
Lors du montage de l'empaquetage en partant du développement rectangulaire de Fige 1, les bandes latérales ou parois 2 sont réunies deux à deux par une attache métallique 7 dont les extrémités sont introduites dans les trous 6 et accrochées dans ceux-ci (Figo 2 et 3).
Dans le cas présent, les attaches sont constituées par une lamel-

le étroite en métal souple permettant un coudage et un repliage aisés,des rétrécissements diminuant sa hauteur étant avantageusement prévus sur sa longueur. Mais il est évident que l'on pourrait utiliser tout type d'at taches suivant, par exemple, la nature du produit à empaqueter.
Généralement, il suffit de percer des trous dans un seul plan des bandes 2,mais on pourrait éventuellement effectuer ces perforations à plusieurs hauteurs et ainsi réunir les bandes jointives par plusieurs attaches.
Il serait encore possible sans sortir du domaine de l'invention, ,, de réunir les trois bandes à assembler simultanément par une ou plusieurs attaches d'une pièce,
D'autre part, comme il est représenté en Fig. 2, on pourrait remplacer les trous circulaires 6 par des encoches telles que 6' représentées en pointillé, ou par toutes autres échancrures admissibles.
REVENDICATIONS.
1. - Perfectionnement aux empaquetages en carton ou autres matières équivalentes consistant à prévoir sur les bandes latérales délimitant le fond de l'empaquetage des échancrures, trous ou perforations de toutes formes appropriées correspondant deux à deux sur les bandes jointives, et à réunir ces bandes, redressées, par une ou des attaches, métalliques de préférence, accrochées à ces échancrures.

IMPROVEMENT IN CARDBOARD PACKAGING OR OTHER EQUIVALENT MATERIALS.
The present improvement relates to a packaging made of carbon or other equivalent materials and its object is to provide, on the side strips intended to form the walls of the packaging, notches, holes or perforations of any suitable shape corresponding two by two on the strips contiguous, and to join these bands, straightened, by one or more fasteners, preferably metallic, attached to these notches.
The drawing appended to this memorandum represents, by way of example only, in:
Fig. 1, a rectangular development, designed to form the packaging according to the invention;
Figo 2, a perspective view of the package with the lid open, and
Figo 3, a partial cut through two adjacent side walls of the packaging, at the height of the perforations
The rectangular development shown in Fig 1, designed to form the packaging as shown in Fig 2, comprises a bottom 1, side bands 2, intended to form the walls of the packaging, and a cover 3 provided with two tabs 4 and a tab 5.
To achieve the object of the invention, on the side bands 2 are provided holes 6, corresponding in pairs, on the adjoining bands and near their edges.
When assembling the packaging starting from the rectangular development of Fig. 1, the side bands or walls 2 are joined together two by two by a metal clip 7, the ends of which are introduced into the holes 6 and hooked into them (Figo 2 and 3).
In the present case, the fasteners consist of a lamel-

the narrow flexible metal allowing easy bending and folding, narrowings reducing its height being advantageously provided along its length. But it is obvious that one could use any type of at spots following, for example, the nature of the product to be packaged.
Generally, it suffices to drill holes in a single plane of the bands 2, but it would possibly be possible to perform these perforations at several heights and thus join the adjoining bands by several fasteners.
It would still be possible without departing from the scope of the invention, ,, to join together the three bands to be assembled simultaneously by one or more fasteners of a part,
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2, the circular holes 6 could be replaced by notches such as 6 'shown in dotted lines, or by any other admissible notches.
CLAIMS.
1. - Improvement of cardboard packaging or other equivalent materials consisting in providing on the side bands delimiting the bottom of the packaging notches, holes or perforations of any appropriate shape corresponding two by two on the adjoining bands, and in joining these bands , straightened, by one or more fasteners, preferably metal, attached to these notches.
