  MATELAS OU COUCHE PNEUMATIQUE PERMETTANT DE RECUEILLIR L'URINE DES MALADES ET 
DES BEBES. 



   La présente invention est relative à un matelas ou une couche pneumatique permettant de recueillir l'urine des malades et des bébés, afin d'éviter qu'ils ne soient souillés, et par conséquent d'empêcher l'inflam- mation de la peau, tout en assurant un confort parfait. 



   Ce matelas est principalement caractérisé par le fait qu'il est constitué par trois feuilles superposées, en matière plastique ou matière souple analogue, soudées entre elles par leur bord, de manière à former deux poches distinctes, dont la première est destinée à être gonflés, tandis que la seconde a pour but de recueillir l'urine, grâce à des trous pratiqués à travers la poche pneumatique. 



   Cette disposition permet de pouvoir obtenir un matelas léger, souple,'indéformable et lavable. De plus, lorsqu'il est dégonflé, on peut le rouler ou le plier, et son encombrement est alors réduit au minimum, ce qui facilite son transport, contrairement aux dispositifs:déjà connus, qui sont épais et encombrants. 



   Enfin, sa fabrication facile permet de lui donner un bel aspect au coloris désiré. 



   Toutes les caractéristiques de l'invention apparaîtront au cours de la description suivante., en se référant au dessin annexé, dans lequel : 
La fig. 1 montre un matelas pneumatique partiellement coupé; 
La fig. 2 est une coupe longitudinale; 
La fig. 3 représente le détail d'un trou de communication; 
La figure   4   montre, en plan, un exemple de réalisation d'une cou- che pneumatique. 



   En référence au dessin annexé, le matelas pneumatique (fig. 1 et

 2) est constitué par trois feuilles superposées 1, 2 et 3, en matière plasti- que souple ou en toute autre matière jugée convenable (caoutchouc etc...) collées ou soudées ( par un procédé quelconque) par leur bord, à l'exception d'un des côtés de la feuille inférieure 3, qui se termine par un rabat 5. 



   Cette disposition permet d'obtenir deux poches 6 et 7, dont la première, complètement fermée, n'est en communication avec l'extérieur, que par une valve 8, d'un modèle quelconque, mais préférablement extra-plate. 



   Des pastilles de renforcement 9, également en matière plastique, disposées judicieusement (par exemple en quinconce), de part et d'autre de la poche pneumatique 6, sont soudées aux feuilles 1 et 2, qui sont elles- mêmes soudées entre elles à cet endroit (fig. 3) afin d'obtenir des alvéoles 10. Un trou 11 pratiqué dans ces assemblages met la poche réceptrice 7 en communication avec l'extérieur. 



   On comprend donc qu'il suffit de souffler dans la valve 8 pour gonfler le matelas ou la couche pneumatique, qui prend alors toute son exten- sion pour être prêt à l'usage; et que grâce au bombé des alvéoles 10, l'urine peut s'écouler par les trous 11, et tomberdans la poche réceptrice   7.   Le rabat 5 lui interdit tout écoulement de la poche 7. 



   Pour vider la poche réceptrice 7, il suffit de pencher le matelas ou la couche, en découvrant le rabat 5. 



   La constitution du matelas ou de la couche offre l'avantage de pouvoir être nettoyé facilement et rapidement; la matière plastique permet- tant leur lavage dans une eau savonneuse, dans laquelle on peut ajouter un désinfectant pour obtenir toutes les garanties exigées par l'hygiène. 



   La couche pneumatique (fig.   4)   sera avantageusement pourvue d'at- taches 12 qui assureront son maintien au corps de l'enfant. 



   Il est évident que le matelas et la couche décrits et représen- tés,n'ont été donnés qu'à titre d'exemple nullement limitatif, et que toutes modifications,de forme et de détail, pourront leur être apportées,sans pour cela se départir de l'esprit de l'invention. 



   On pourra par exemple, remplacer les alvéoles 10 par des boudins longitudinaux ou transversaux ou par tout autre relief d'un dessin ou d'une forme quelconque. 



   On pourra aussi fermer complètement la poche réceptrice   7,   en supprimant le rabat 5, et en le remplaçant par un robinet de vidange extra- plat. 



   La valve 8 pourra être disposée sous le rabat 5,' afin de la sous- traire à la vue. 



   Enfin, on pourra mettre une couche de matière absorbante dans la poche réceptrice   7.   



   REVENDICATIONS. 



   1 - Dispositif pour recueillir les déjections d'un être humain en vue de le soustraire à tout contact humide ou malpropre, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est constitué par deux poches distinctes superposées en maté- riau imperméable, réunies l'une à l'autre, la poche supérieure étant destinée à être gonflée d'un gaz, de préférence 'd'air, grâce à une valve, la poche inférieure servant de réceptacle aux déjections, des moyens pour rassembler lesdites déjections et les conduire vers la poche inférieure, et des moyens permettant la vidange de ladite poche inférieure.

BABIES.



   The present invention relates to a mattress or a pneumatic diaper making it possible to collect the urine of patients and babies, in order to prevent them from being soiled, and consequently to prevent inflammation of the skin, while ensuring perfect comfort.



   This mattress is mainly characterized by the fact that it consists of three superimposed sheets, of plastic or similar flexible material, welded together by their edge, so as to form two separate pockets, the first of which is intended to be inflated, while the second aims to collect urine, through holes made through the pneumatic bag.



   This arrangement makes it possible to obtain a light, flexible, undeformable and washable mattress. In addition, when it is deflated, it can be rolled or folded, and its bulk is then reduced to a minimum, which facilitates its transport, unlike the devices: already known, which are thick and bulky.



   Finally, its easy manufacture gives it a beautiful appearance in the desired color.



   All the characteristics of the invention will become apparent from the following description, with reference to the appended drawing, in which:

   With reference to the attached drawing, the air mattress (fig. 1 and

 2) consists of three superimposed sheets 1, 2 and 3, of flexible plastic or any other material deemed suitable (rubber, etc.), glued or welded (by any process) by their edge, to the except one side of the lower sheet 3, which ends with a flap 5.



   This arrangement makes it possible to obtain two pockets 6 and 7, the first of which, completely closed, is in communication with the outside only by a valve 8, of any model, but preferably extra-flat.



   Reinforcing pellets 9, also of plastic material, judiciously arranged (for example in staggered rows), on either side of the pneumatic bag 6, are welded to the sheets 1 and 2, which are themselves welded together to this place (Fig. 3) in order to obtain cells 10. A hole 11 made in these assemblies puts the receiving pocket 7 in communication with the outside.



   It will therefore be understood that it suffices to blow into the valve 8 to inflate the mattress or the pneumatic layer, which then takes all its extension to be ready for use; and that thanks to the bulging of the alveoli 10, the urine can flow through the holes 11, and fall into the receiving pocket 7. The flap 5 prevents it from flowing out of the pocket 7.



   To empty the receiving pocket 7, simply tilt the mattress or diaper, uncovering the flap 5.



   The constitution of the mattress or the layer offers the advantage of being able to be cleaned easily and quickly; the plastic material allows them to be washed in soapy water, to which a disinfectant can be added to obtain all the guarantees required by hygiene.



   The pneumatic layer (fig. 4) will advantageously be provided with fasteners 12 which will ensure its retention to the child's body.



   It is obvious that the mattress and the layer described and represented, have been given only by way of example in no way limiting, and that any modifications, of form and of detail, could be made to them, without for this being necessary. depart from the spirit of the invention.



   It is possible, for example, to replace the cells 10 by longitudinal or transverse tubes or by any other relief of a design or of any shape.



   It is also possible to completely close the receiving pocket 7, by removing the flap 5, and replacing it with an extra-flat drain valve.



   The valve 8 can be placed under the flap 5, 'in order to hide it from view.



   Finally, we can put a layer of absorbent material in the receiving pocket 7.



   CLAIMS.



   1 - Device for collecting the droppings of a human being with a view to removing it from any wet or dirty contact, characterized in that it is constituted by two distinct pockets superimposed in impermeable material, joined one to the other.
