Le présent brevet de perfectionnement a pour objet la revendi- cation sous toutes leurs formes des dispositifs de sécurité pour véhicules automobiles ainsi que leurs fonctionnements décrits dans les brevets N 396259 et N 397394 en date du 21 novembre 1951 et 21 janvier 1952, complétés par ceux exposés ci-dessous selon textes et schémas I & Ils modèle A.B.C.D.
SCHEMA I. - modèle A. a) dispositif de pare-chocs avant (J) rendu amovible par glissières et ressorts et comprenant deux commutateurs électriques à deux directions. b) deux circuits électriques; l'un agissant sur l'allumage (A à B), l'autre sur un ralentisseur (R) à disque et fonctionnant par induction magnétique.
L'intervention nouvelle de ce ralentisseur,,,déjà adopté sur cer- tains véhicules automobiles, et non indiqué dans 1?exposé des brevets antérieurs relatifs au pare-chocs électro-magnétique a pour avantage de renforcerainsi que de perfectionner par son intervention, les dispositifs de sécurité mention- nes.
SCHEMA Io - modèle B.
Les glissières qui rendent le pare-chocs avant (J) amovible (modèle A) sont supprimées.
Un pare-chocs avant sous forme de lame métallique flexible (K), revêtue d'une semelle en caoutchouc (P), donne le mouvement amovible. Par la rencontre d'un obstacle.. cette lame flexible entre en contact avec les commu- tateurs (I) qui commande le fonctionnement du ou des dispositifs électriques de sécurité adopté.
Un tampon (Y) régularise la force d'écrasement de la lame fle- xible (K) contre les commutateurs, placés sur un pare-chocs rigide rattaché au chassis du véhicule automobile.

Pare-chocs avant (Z) se présentant sous la forme d'une cham- bre à air et maintenue au moyen de colliers ou autre genre d'attache à un pare- chocs rigide.
Par deux tuyaux en caoutchouc ou en métal et fixés à'ses deux extrémités, cette chambre à air (pneumatique. gonflée à une pression variant de 2 à 4 atmosphères,, est reliée à un appareil (U) à piston ou à soupape qui consiste à faire fonctionner le commutateur électrique (I) ouvrant les cir- cuits de sécurité (schéma I).
Augmentant de pression, par la rencontre d'un obstacle ou sous l'effet d'un choc, l'air se trouvant comprimé à l'excès dans cette chambrè à air en caoutchouc passe par les deux tuyaux dans l'appareil (U) qui commande le commutateur électrique.
La description de ces pare-chocs, des circuits électriques et appareils de commande sont solidaires entr'eux et forment des ensembles qui ont pour but de remédier à la violence des collisipns des véhicules automobiles privés et publics : voiturede touriste,, 'camions autocars et militaires.

The rails which make the front bumper (J) removable (model A) are removed.
A front bumper in the form of a flexible metal blade (K), coated with a rubber sole (P), gives the removable movement. Upon encountering an obstacle, this flexible blade comes into contact with the switches (I) which control the operation of the electrical safety device (s) adopted.
A buffer (Y) regulates the crushing force of the flexible blade (K) against the switches, placed on a rigid bumper attached to the chassis of the motor vehicle.
