   Dans le brevet Noo 506   471   il a été décrit un robinet à boisseau et carotte, dont la carotte est équipée d'éléments d'étanchéité en caout-   chouc synthétique ou matière plastique élastique équivalente ; carot-   te est munie de part et d'autre du passage central de blocs ou coussins en caoutchouc encastrés dans le métal et la face externe de ces coussins, bien usinée, forme joint étanche avec le boisseau, tant dans le sens axial de la carotte que dans le sens axial des passages du boisseau, le robinet étant ouvert ou fermé. 



   La présente invention consiste en un perfectionnement à ce ro- binet et consiste'notamment à créer sur la face interne des dits coussins, face rapprochée, de l'axe de la carotte, un évidement substantiel qui crée un espace occlus entre le coussin et le fond du logement usiné dans la   ca--   rotte, ledit évidement communiquant avec l'extérieur de la carotte par un forage   de,section   convenable, la disposition étant telle que le robinet étant fermé, le fluide sous pression pénétrant dans le boisseau remplit l'évidement du coussin respectif, de façon à provoquer une expansion du coussin et par conséquent un joint étanche aux faces de contact entre carot- te et boisseau. Cet évidement peut avoir une forme quelconque, mais une forme en section ou calotte de sphère est préférable. 



   La figure du dessin annexé montre en coupe le robinet perfection- né selon l'invention. 



   Les coussins 1 sont évidés en 2 au fond de leur logement d'en- castrement et un forage 3 dans le coussin débouchant dans l'évidement en sens axial, peut mettre ledit évidement en communication avec le passage d'un raccord de boisseau, quand le robinet est fermé. L'effet technique ainsi obtenu est évident par lui-même.

   In the patent Noo 506 471 it has been described a plug-and-sprue valve, the sprue of which is equipped with sealing elements made of synthetic rubber or equivalent elastic plastic material; core is provided on either side of the central passage with blocks or rubber cushions embedded in the metal and the external face of these cushions, well machined, form a tight seal with the plug, both in the axial direction of the core than in the axial direction of the valve passages, the valve being open or closed.



   The present invention consists of an improvement in this valve and consists in particular in creating on the internal face of said cushions, face close to the axis of the core, a substantial recess which creates an occluded space between the cushion and the core. bottom of the housing machined in the casing, said recess communicating with the outside of the core by a borehole of suitable section, the arrangement being such that the valve being closed, the pressurized fluid entering the valve fills the recess of the respective cushion, so as to cause expansion of the cushion and therefore a tight seal at the contact faces between core and plug. This recess can have any shape, but a sectional shape or sphere cap is preferable.



   The figure of the attached drawing shows in section the improved valve according to the invention.



   The cushions 1 are hollowed out at 2 at the bottom of their castration housing and a bore 3 in the cushion opening into the recess in the axial direction, can put said recess in communication with the passage of a plug connection, when the tap is closed. The technical effect thus obtained is obvious by itself.

CLAIMS.

1. Valve according to patent No. 506,471, in which there is provided on the internal face of the sealing cushions, face close to the axis of the core, a substantial recess which creates an occluded space between the cushion and the bottom of its housing machined in the core, said recess communicating with the outside of the core by a borehole of suitable cross section, the arrangement being such that, with the valve closed, the pressurized fluid entering the valve fills the 'recess of the respective cushion, so as to cause an expansion of the cushion and therefore a more tight seal at the contiguous faces between core and plug.

2. Valve according to claim 1, wherein the recess of the cushions is in the form of a section or sphere cap.
