La présente invention se rapporte à une garniture constituant un mode de liaison de partiesde meuble à désassemblage rapide,qui se compose d'un crochet tendeur logé de manière à pouvoir tourner dans une plaque formant bottier, avec un bord opérant excentrique ou autre en forme de came, et d'une tôle de fermeture qui présente une pièce correspondante coopérant avec le bord opérant, d'une nature telle que la rotation du crochet tendeur provoque un res- serrement des. parties de meuble. Des garnitures connues de cette espèce font par exemple l'objet du Modèle d'Utilité N , 1.603.552.
Les garnitures de cette espèce présentaient jusqu'à présent l'in- convénient qu'on obtenait bien une force de resserrement entre les parties de meuble à relier, dans une direction, mais qu'on ne pouvait influencer sans plus, le jeu entre les parties de la garniture et ainsi entre les parties de meuble à relier dans la direction perpendiculaire au plan de la force de resserrement.
En outre, la forme des garnitures connue de l'espèce précitée est telle que les garnitures se déforment aisément pendant le montage ou à l'utilisation.
L'invention obvie aux inconvénients précités, et ce, du fait qu'il est prévu sur le crochet tendeur et/ou sur la pièce correspondante, de préfé- rence seulement sur le crochet tendeur, une nervure, arête,impression à pen- te ascendante ou quelqu'autre conformation à inclinaison ascendante, qui est dirigée perpendiculairement au plan de la force de resserrement, de telle ma- nière que ,lors de la rotation du crochet tendeur, s'exerce en plus de la forme de resserrement, une force agissant perpendiculairement à la première entre l' ensemble crochet tendeur-plaque formant bottier et la tôle de fermeture.
Tandis qu'on obtient déjà desmodromiquement le raidissement de la pièce de garniture constituée par le crochet tendeur au moyen de la nervure,

arête, impression ou autre conformation à inclinaison ascendante, on peut, con- formément à un autre objet de l'invention obtenir un raidissement analogue pour la partie de garniture constituée par la tôle de fermeture du fait qu'on donne à cette dernière la forme d'un petit bateau d'une seule pièce, par emboutissa- ge, repoussage ou quelqu'autre procédé de conformation, la surface dé fond pour la plus grande partie plane du petit bateau présentant un léger enfoncement a- dapté au bord opérant du crochet tendeur.
Dans ce cas la surface de fond de la tôle de fermeture peut posséder en outre encore deux évidements ou plus pour recevoir des pattes se trouvant sur la plaque de bottier du crochet tendeur, de sorte qu'on réalise encore une augmentation du moment de résistance ou du raidissement de l'ensemble de la garniture. L'invention se rapporte encore à une garniture avec un crochet tendeur présentant approximativement la forme d'un 6 dont l'extrémité de cro- chet présentant le bord opérant excentrique se termine en pointe, le perfec- tionnement faisant l'objet de l'invention résidant dans le fait que l'extrémi- té de crochet qui se termine en pointe présente une impression dont la profon- deur d'enfoncement croit et qui s'étend d'un point à proximité de la pointe du crochet tendeur jusqu'à la partie médiane de forme circulaire du crochet.
En- fin, l'invention propose encore d'adjoindre au crochet tendeur une pièce à riveter en forme de rondelle et présentant un bord, la pièce à riveter et le crochet tendeur présentant de préférence les mêmes évidements, à savoir deux trous latéraux et un évidement médian rectangulaire, et la tôle formant boî- tier qui retient le crochet tendeur présentant des parties repliées à bords tranchants qui pénètrent dans les parties de meuble.
Le dessin illustre un exemple d'exécution de l'invention. Au dessin, la Fig. 1 est une vue d'en haut de l'ensemble de la garniture, la Fig. 2 est une vue d'en haut de la partie de garniture qui pré- sente le crochet tendeur; la Fig. 3 est une coupe longitudinale de la tôle de fermeture en forme de petit bateau, la Fige 4 est une vue d'en haut de la fermeture suivant la Fig.

Gomme il ressort de la Fig. l,la garniture se compose de deux par- ties de garniture, à savoir la partie de garniture 10 constituant le crochet tendeur et la partie de garniture 8 constituant la tôle de fermeture. Le cro- chet tendeur a, comme il ressort particulièrement des Figs. 9' et 10-, approxi- mativement. la forme d'un 6, l'extrémité'du crochet 1, qui présente le bord opé- rant 13 se terminant- en.pointe, et présentant une. impression 14 qui, comme le montre particulièrement la Fig. 10, suit une inclinaison constante perpendicu- lairement au plan de la force de resserrement provoquée par le bord opérant 13.

et 16 à relier l'une à l'autre et sur lesquelles sont montées les parties de garniture 8, 10, lors de la liaison des parties de meuble, et on réalise simul- tanément un raidissement supplémentaire du crochet tendeur 2.
Dans la forme d'exécution de la plaque de bottier 5 à la Fig. 2, il est prévu trois trous de fixation 6, tandis que la plaqué de boîtier 5 dans la, forme d'exécution suivant la Fig. 5 ne présente que deux trous de' fixation 3 ainsi que deux parties repliées 4 à bords tranchants qui, comme le montre la Fig. l, peuvent pénétrer dans le bois de la partie de meuble 16.
On donne à la tôle de fermeture 8, comme le montrent parti- culièrement les Figs. 3 et 4, la forme d'un petit bateau par emboutissage ou repoussage, et l'impression médiane 12 reçoit une forme arrondie adaptée au bord opératoire 13. La surface de fond 17 de la tôle de fermeture en forme de petit bateau présente en outre deux évidements rectangulaires 11 qui ont une forme telle qu'ils reçoivent deux pattes 7 sur la plaque de bottier 5. On peut modifier de diverses façons les exemples d'exécution re- présentés au dessin sans s'écarter de la portée de l'invention. Ainsi, il est possible de prévoir l'impression 14 ou toutes autres conformations particuliè- res présentant une inclinaison latérale également ou exclusivement sur la tôle de fermeture 8, et, dans ce cas,-les parois latérales de la tôle de fermeture également peuvent éventuellement entrer en ligne de compte à cet effet. On pourrait également obtenir l'inclinaison 14 par une coupe oblique des parties latérales 2b (Fig. 10) du crochet tendeur, au lieu de la réaliser par une im- pression.
