ENVELOPPE PROTECTRICE POUR PAQUETS DE PAPIER A CIGARETTES.
La présente invention décrit une enveloppe protectrice pour pa- quets de papier à cigarettes du type "Zig-Zag". Rappelons que ces paquets ou blocs contiennent une ou plusieurs piles de feuillets repliés alternati- vement l'un dans l'autre, le dernier de chaque pile dépassant du paquet par une fente correspondante. Le fait de tirer sur un papier dégage celui- ci et entraîne en même temps le papier suivant qui vient s'engager dans la fente du paquet, prêt à être saisi à son tour et ainsi de suite jusqu'à épuisement de la pile. Certains fabricants ont même perfectionné cet em- ballage en prévoyant dans les faces latérales du paquet des ouvertures qui permettent de contrôler directement l'épuisement de la pile (des piles).
Les blocs de papier "Zig-Zag" sont en général contenues dans une couverture formant un petit livret fermé ou non par un élastique. Ce livret est un emballage perdu en papier ou en carton peu précieux (bon -marché) et le fait de le mettre en poche sans autre protection le salit et l'abîme sou- vent avant épuisement des feuillets. Il en résulte un gaspillage de ceux- ci.
L'objet de la présente invention est de réaliser une couverture ou housse caractérisée par un bel aspect et une haute résistance à l'usure afin de pouvoir être utilisée pour un nombre considérable de pochettes; tout en conservant les avantages inhérents à ces pochettes soit ;
I ) La pleine facilité de retirer les papiers par la ou les fen - tes ménagées à cet effet.
2 ) La possibilité éventuelle de contrôler visuellement la hauteur des piles par les ouvertures latérales.
3 ) La faculté de lire les inscriptions,imprimées sur la face in- térieure de la pochette et de sa couverture.
D E S C R I P T 1 ON : la figure représente une couverture conforme à l'in- vention et contenant une pochette de modèle courant à deux piles de papier à cigarettes, avec ou sans voyant latéral pour le contrôle du stock.

Le dos (I) est en matière plastique d'une certaine rigidité (P V C de 0,5 m/m) par exemple, et qui peut être opaque (grain imitant le cuir etc.). Le côté intérieur est muni de 3 pièces (2,3,4) en matière plas- tique transparente.
La pièce (2) forme une visite pour contenir le rabat (5) en pa- pier ou en carton de la pochette.
La pièce (4) forme visite pour le bas de la pochette proprement dite (6).
La pièce (3) est une languette qui s'applique sur le milieu du paquet en ménageant'., le passage pour les feuillets de papier à cigarette (7) et (8).
Les pièces (2,'3, 4) sont soudées par haute fréquence sur le pourtour du dos (I)..
La figure (2) représente une variante dans laquelle les pièces (3) et (4) de la fig. I ont été remplacées par une pièce unique (9) munie d'une fente (10)'permettant le passage du papier. Dans l'un et l'autre mo- dèle la partie contenant le bloc a été faite légèrement plus large que cel- le contenant le rabat afin de compenser l'épaisseur dudit bloc, de manière à obtenir la même largeur lorsque la couverture est chargée.
Enfin on remarquera dans la figure I que les ouvertures de contrô- le (12) et (7) restent parfaitement visibles grâce à la transparence de la visite (4).
De même les textes se trouvant sur le bloc et sur le rabat (côté intérieur) sont lisibles au travers des pièces (4, 3 et 2).
La présente description ne se rapporte qu'à un exemple particulier et n'est nullement limitative en ce qui concerne la portée de l'invention, dont l'essence se trouve clairement énoncée dans les revendications suivan- tes : REVENDICATIONS :

Pochette ou couverture en matière plastique pour bloc simple ou multiple de papier à cigarettes du type Zig-Zag à distribution automa- tique caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un dos et plusieurs visites des- tinées à maintenir en place ledit bloc, et s'il y a lieu sa couverture, tout en ménageant une ou plusieurs ouvertures ou fentes permettant l'extraction dudit papier à cigarettes sans qu'il faille retirer le bloc de la couverture.

The present invention describes a protective wrapper for packs of "Zig-Zag" type cigarette paper. It should be remembered that these packets or blocks contain one or more stacks of sheets folded alternately into one another, the last of each stack protruding from the packet through a corresponding slot. Pulling on a paper releases it and at the same time drives the next paper which engages in the slot of the packet, ready to be picked up in its turn and so on until the stack is exhausted. Some manufacturers have even perfected this packaging by providing openings in the side faces of the package which allow direct control of the exhaustion of the battery (batteries).
The blocks of "Zig-Zag" paper are generally contained in a cover forming a small booklet closed or not by an elastic. Plastic pouch or cover for a single or multiple block of cigarette paper of the Zig-Zag type with automatic dispensing characterized in that it comprises a back and several visits intended to hold said block in place, and if necessary its cover, while leaving one or more openings or slits allowing the extraction of said cigarette paper without having to remove the block from the cover.
