INSTRUMENT DE NETTOYAGE.
On emploie généralement pour le nettoyage des planchers, pavements et surfaces analogues une brosse à manche servant à laver à grande eau la sur- face à nettoyer., et ensuite une raclette en caoutchouc, également munie d'un manche, avec laquelle on racle la surface pour essorer l'eau de lavage.
La présente invention a pour objet un instrument de nettoyage qui peut remplir les deux fonctions de brosse et de raclette, offrant l'avantage d'être moins coûteux qu'une brosse et une raclette séparées, d'occuper moins de place dans les placards ou autres endroits où on le range et de faciliter le travail de l'usager en lui évitant de devoir changer d'instrument au cours du nettoyage, pour brosser et racler.
Suivant l'invention,, le nouvel instrument de nettoyage comprend une brosse et une raclette montées sur le même manche et disposées de façon que l'on puisse utiliser chacune d'elles sans être gêné par l'autre..
La raclette est avantageusement constituée par une lame de caôut- chouc enchâssée par un bord dans une rainure de la face antérieure du dos de la brosse, de façon à s'étendre en substance perpendiculairement aux poils de la brosse, et le manche de l'instrument est de préférence fixé au dos de la brosse sous un angle d'environ 45 de façon qu'on puisse le tenir pratiquement avec la même inclinaison pour brosser et pour raclero
Le dessin annexé représente à titre d'exemple un instrument de nettoyage conforme à l'invention, qui est montré sur les Figso 1 et 2 dans deux positions d'usage différentes, l'une pour brosser et l'autre pour racler.
Sur ces figures;, 1 désigne la brosse et 2 la raclette en caout- chouc, enchâssée dans une rainure 3 de la face antérieure de la brosse,, au dos de laquelle est fixé à 45 , à l'aide d'une mouture 4, le manche 5 commun à la brosse et à la raclette.
Pour brosser, on tient le manche 5 de manière que les poils 6 de la brosse soient en contact avec la surface à nettoyer (Figo 1). Dans cette position, la raclette 2 hors d'action est écartée de la dite surface et s'étend en substance parallèlement à celle-ci.
Pour se servir de la raclette, il suffit de tenir le manche 5 de manière à faire porter la raclette sur le sol (Figo 2) tandis que la brosse

est à son tout hors d'action.
Dans les deux cas, le manche peut être tenu commodément sous la même inclinaison pour le travail.
Bien entendu l'invention n'est pas limitée à la forme d'exécution qui a été décrite et représentée à titre d'exemple, et on ne sortirait pas de son cadre en y apportant des modifications.
REVENDICATIONS.
1.- Instrument de nettoyage caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une brosse et une raclette montées sur le même manche et disposées de façon que l'on puisse utiliser chacune d'elles sans être gêné par l'autre.

The accompanying drawing shows by way of example a cleaning instrument according to the invention, which is shown in Figs 1 and 2 in two different positions of use, one for brushing and the other for scraping.
In these figures ;, 1 denotes the brush and 2 the rubber squeegee, embedded in a groove 3 of the front face of the brush ,, on the back of which is fixed at 45, using a grind 4 , the handle 5 common to the brush and the squeegee.

In either case, the handle can be held conveniently at the same tilt for the job.
Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiment which has been described and shown by way of example, and one would not depart from its scope by making modifications to it.

1.- Cleaning instrument characterized in that it comprises a brush and a squeegee mounted on the same handle and arranged so that one can use each of them without being hampered by the other.
