Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a glass cleaning tool for removing dirt, water droplets, and the like attached to a window glass and the like, and more specifically, wiping the glass surface using water and removing water droplets temporarily. It is related with the cleaning tool for glass which can.
In the present invention, “water” includes not only ordinary water such as tap water but also cleaning liquid such as detergent solution in its concept.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, when cleaning a window glass, first, water is sprayed on the glass surface by spraying or impregnated in a water absorbing member such as a dust cloth or sponge body, and then a T-shape with a spatula member is provided. It is usual to remove water and dirt adhering to the glass surface with a water droplet wiper.
[0003]
However, in the above conventional method, the supply and removal of water to and from the glass surface must be performed separately using two different types of cleaning tools, and handling and proper use of these tools is cumbersome and very laborious. In some cases, it takes more time and is difficult to clean depending on the location. For example, in the case of cleaning window glass at high places such as a high window or a window in a blow-off part, it is almost impossible to spray water with a spray. The method of using the wiper is also time consuming and cumbersome, and requires a lot of force because the water absorbing member with a long handle and the wiper must be used frequently while giving up and dragging them. It is heavy labor.
[0004]
On the other hand, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-16373, a groove-shaped holder having right and left groove walls inclined outwardly is attached to the tip of a handle in a T-shape, and one groove wall of the groove-shaped holder is made of rubber. A cleaning tool having a structure in which a wiper blade is attached and a sponge abrasive member is attached to the other groove wall is disclosed. After the glass surface is polished by impregnating the abrasive member with a cleaning solution, the glass is wiped with the wiper blade. It is shown that it can be used to remove the cleaning liquid adhering to the surface. According to this cleaning tool, it is not necessary to prepare and use two types of cleaning tools separately, so that the cleaning work is relatively simple.
[0005]
However, in the cleaning tool, the wiper blade and the polishing member are attached so that the left and right groove walls of the groove-shaped holder face away from each other. For example, the polishing member and the wiper blade It is not possible to use it simultaneously with the glass surface to polish and remove the cleaning liquid at the same time. After polishing the glass surface with a polishing member, the cleaning liquid must be removed with a wiper blade. The work must be done separately. Moreover, since the direction of the cleaning tool must be reversed 180 back and forth when using the polishing member and when using the wiper blade, the operation is very troublesome and troublesome.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
A technical problem of the present invention is to provide a glass cleaning tool excellent in workability, which can easily perform rubbing of a glass surface with water and removal of attached water droplets with one cleaning tool. .
[0007]
Another technical problem of the present invention is to provide a glass cleaning tool suitable not only for cleaning normal windows in low places, but also for windows formed in high places such as high windows and windows in a blow-off section. There is to do.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, a glass cleaning tool of the present invention comprises a head for cleaning a glass surface, and an operating handle connected to the head through an end member so that the angle can be changed. The head has a spatula member having an edge for removing water droplets on the glass surface and a sponge body having a rubbing surface for rubbing the glass surface on the front surface of the base having an elongated shape on the left and right. The edge and the rubbing surface are formed by attaching them close to each other in the state of facing the front of the base, and the handle is connected to the base via the first and second connecting portions. The first connecting portion connects the tip member and the base so as to be rotatable about a connecting shaft parallel to the longitudinal direction of the base, and the second connecting portion. Is a connection of the tip member and the handle perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the base. The spatula member is attached along the upper edge of the front surface of the base, and the sponge body is attached to the base at a position lower than the spatula member. Is provided at a position offset toward the spatula member side from the back center position of the base, and the base includes a first member to which the handle is attached, and first and second plates. A second member formed by connecting the two plates in a freely foldable manner, wherein the sponge body is bonded to the two plates of the second member so as to straddle the two plates, and the first plate Is attached to the first member, and the second plate can be squeezed by folding back to the first plate side and sandwiching a sponge body with the first plate .
[0009]
The glass cleaning tool having the above-described configuration includes an operation of pressing a sponge body previously containing water against the glass surface and rubbing the glass surface, and an operation of removing water droplets adhering to the glass surface with the edge of the spatula member. Can be performed at the same time without using the sponge body and the spatula member provided side by side on the front surface of the head and performing a cumbersome operation such as changing the orientation of the head by 180 degrees as in the conventional product. Accordingly, since the cleaning work that has been conventionally performed using two kinds of cleaning tools such as a dust cloth and a water droplet wiper can be performed with one cleaning tool, it is possible to save the trouble of replacing a plurality of cleaning tools one by one. Cleaning is very easy and easy.
[0010]
In addition, since the sponge body can be reused by absorbing the water droplets that are scraped off by the spatula member and flow down the glass surface, it becomes possible to always maintain the sponge body in a state containing water, Since the work of adding water again can be greatly reduced, coupled with the fact that there is no need to use the two types of tools separately as described above, it can be used in high places such as high windows and windows in the atrium. Even when the formed window glass or the like is cleaned, the number of times the cleaning tool is raised and lowered can be suppressed, which is extremely efficient.
[0012]
As described above, the handle is connected to the position on the spatula member side of the upper part of the base so that the operating force by the handle can be transmitted to the spatula member reliably and effectively, and the draining effect is enhanced.
[0013]
In the present invention, a wiping cloth can be attached to the rubbing surface of the sponge body. Thereby, the stain | pollution | contamination of a glass surface can be wiped off with a wiping cloth.
[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIGS. 1 to 5 show a first embodiment of the glass cleaning tool according to the present invention. This cleaning tool 1A has a handle 2 for operation and a substantially T-shape at the tip of the handle 2. FIG. The head 3 is connected.
[0018]
The head 3 has a spatula member 5 having an edge 5a for scrubbing water droplets on the glass surface and a rubbing surface 6a for rubbing the glass surface on the front surface of a base 4 that is elongated to the left and right. The sponge body 6 is attached with the edges 5a and the rubbing surface 6a thereof close to each other with the front side of the base 4 being directed. In this case, the spatula member 5 is attached along the front upper edge of the base 4, and the sponge body 6 is attached to an attachment surface formed at a position lower than the spatula member 5. Further, although the edge 5a of the spatula member 5 projects forward from the rubbing surface 6a of the sponge body 6, the position of the edge 5a may be the same as the rubbing surface 6a.
[0019]
The handle 2 is connected to the head 3 so that the angle of the handle 2 can be changed by first and second rotatable connecting portions 8 and 9. The first connecting portion 8 is provided at a position near the upper end in the longitudinal center of the back surface of the head 3, and the head 3 and the tip member 2 a of the handle 2 are connected in parallel to the axis of the head 3. As shown by a chain line in FIG. 3, the handle 2 can be rotated in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the head 3 with the connecting shaft 8 a as the center. ing. The second connecting portion 9 connects the tip member 2a and the handle 2 by a connecting shaft 9a orthogonal to the axis of the head 3 so as to be rotatable. As shown by a chain line in FIG. The handle 2 can be rotated in a plane parallel to the axis of the head 3 around the shaft 9a.

Thus, by making the handle 2 adjustable in angle in at least one of the directions parallel to the direction orthogonal to the axis of the head 3, the angle of the handle 2 can be adjusted according to the height, direction, angle, etc. of the glass surface. By changing, the spatula member 5 and the sponge body 6 can be surely pressed against the glass surface at an appropriate angle. Moreover, it becomes possible to clean the outer surface of a window glass from a horizontal position.
[0021]
Further, the handle 2 has a hollow pipe shape, and is configured to be connected by inserting an auxiliary handle for extension (not shown). When the glass surface at a reachable position is to be cleaned, the handle 2 When the glass surface in a position that is out of reach is cleaned, the auxiliary handle is inserted and extended so that it can be cleaned in an elongated state. In the figure, reference numeral 2b denotes a locking hole for locking a retaining projection provided on the auxiliary handle.
In addition, the said handle | pattern 2 can also be comprised so that length can be adjusted by expansion-contraction other than a connection type.
[0022]
4 and 5, the base 4 includes a first member 11 and a second member 12 which are detachably coupled to each other, and the spatula member 5 is attached to the first member 11. As shown in FIG. And the handle 2 are attached, and the sponge body 6 is attached to the second member 12, and the specific configuration thereof is as follows.
[0023]
That is, the first member 11 has a spatula member mounting groove 13 that is inclined obliquely upward at the upper front end portion of the front surface, and the strip-shaped spatula member made of rubber, soft synthetic resin, or the like in the mounting groove 13. 5 with the edge 5a at the tip protruding slightly forward from the rubbing surface 6a of the sponge body 6 and at both ends in the length direction slightly protruding from both ends in the longitudinal direction of the first member 11 It is installed at an angle to. A mounting surface for mounting the second member 12 is formed at a position below the mounting groove 13, and a latch for locking the fixing protrusion 15 of the second member 12 to the mounting surface. Two stop holes 16 are provided. These locking holes 16 are formed in a long hole shape having a large diameter portion 16a having a large hole width and a small diameter portion 16b having a small hole width.
[0024]
The handle 2 is attached to the rear upper end portion of the first member 11 via the first connecting portion 8. In this way, by connecting the handle 2 to the attachment position side of the spatula member 5 in the head 3, the operating force by the handle 2 can be reliably and effectively transmitted to the spatula member 5, and the draining effect can be obtained. Rise.
[0025]
On the other hand, the second member 12 is formed by connecting the first and second elongated plates 12a and 12b so that they can be bent by the hinge means 18 on the long side, and the two plates 12a and 12b. The sponge body 6 is directly attached with an adhesive or attached to the attachment surface on the front surface of the adhesive so that it can be peeled off with a double-sided adhesive tape or the like. And, as shown by a chain line in FIG. 5, the two sponge plates 12a and 12b are bent and the sponge body 6 is sandwiched between them so that the water-containing sponge body 6 can be squeezed. Yes.
[0026]
When the sponge body 6 is attached to the attachment surface so as to be peelable with a double-sided adhesive tape or the like, the upper end of the plate 12a or the lower end of the plate 12b is used to facilitate peeling when the sponge body 6 is replaced. It is desirable to form some depressions that can hold the double-sided adhesive tape at the position of the adhesive end of the sponge body 6 in the section.
[0027]
A wiping cloth 19 made of nonwoven fabric can be applied to the surface of the sponge body 6 by appropriate means such as adhesion or winding as necessary. The wiping cloth 19 includes at least one of a super fine fiber having a fiber diameter of 1 to 9 μm and a super fine fiber having a fiber diameter of 10 to 30 μm in a part or all of the fibers constituting the wiping cloth 19. By adhering to the surface of the sponge body 6, dirt on the glass surface can be reliably wiped off with the wiping cloth 19.
[0028]
The first plate 12a is formed with two columnar protrusions 15 each having a locking head 15a. The protrusions 15 and 15 are large in the locking holes 16 and 16 of the first member 11. In this state, the first plate 12a is moved laterally in the axial direction (longitudinal direction), and the protrusions 15 and 15 are moved to the small diameter portion 16b side of the locking holes 16 and 16 to engage with each other. The first plate 12a can be fixed to the first member 11 by locking the stop head 15a to the outer edge of the small diameter portion 16b.
[0029]
In addition, the second plate 12b can be squeezed out of the sponge body 6 by bending the first plate 12a with the first plate 12a attached to the first member 11. The first member is positioned at the middle position of the distal end of the long side of the second plate 12b so that the second plate 12b can be locked to the first member 11 except when the squeezing operation is performed. 11 is formed with a hook 20 that is elastically detachable.
[0030]
The glass cleaning tool having the above-described configuration is adjusted so that the sponge body 6 is immersed in water and sufficiently hydrated, and then the sponge body 6 is squeezed to have a moisture content enough to prevent water from dripping. The squeezing is performed by removing the elastic hook 20 of the second plate 12b from the locked state to the end of the first member 11, and then rotating the second plate 12b to form a sponge between the first plate 12a and the sponge. This is performed by clamping the body 6, and after the squeezing is finished, the hook is locked to the first member 11 again.
[0031]
Then, the spatula member 5 removes water droplets adhering to the glass surface while pressing the sponge body 6 against the glass surface and rubbing the glass surface. Accordingly, the water supply to the glass surface and the wiping off of the dirt by the sponge body 6 can be performed, and at the same time, the spatula member 53 scrapes off the water droplets remaining on the glass face or the dirt left by wiping. Can do. In this case, when the angle of the handle 2 is adjustable in two directions, for example, when the glass surface is rubbed from top to bottom, even if the height and orientation of the head 3 gradually change, The change of the angle of the handle 2 with respect to the head 3 is absorbed, and the spatula member 5 and the sponge body 6 can always be properly pressed against the glass surface. In addition, by changing the angle of the handle 2, the pressing force of the spatula member 5 can be adjusted such that the spatula member 5 is pressed more strongly against the glass surface than the sponge body 6, for example.
[0032]
Thus, since the cleaning tool can perform the cleaning work which has been conventionally performed with two kinds of cleaning tools such as a dust cloth and a water droplet wiper with one cleaning tool, the labor of replacing the cleaning tool one by one can be saved. Cleaning is very easy and easy.
[0033]
Moreover, since the water droplets that are scraped off by the spatula member 5 and flow down the glass surface can be reabsorbed by the sponge body 6, the sponge body 6 can always be maintained in a state containing water, so Can be greatly reduced. For this reason, even when cleaning a window glass or the like formed at a high place such as a high window or a window in an atrium, the number of times of raising and lowering the cleaning tool 1A can be reduced, and the operation is simple. Efficient.
[0034]
After the cleaning operation is completed or when the dirty sponge body 6 is to be cleaned, the second member 12 to which the sponge body 6 is attached is temporarily removed from the first member 11 and the sponge body 6 is washed with water. Squeeze in the same way and reattach.
[0035]
In addition, when the sponge body 6 or the wiping cloth 19 is damaged, worn or deteriorated, they may be replaced with new ones. In this case, only the sponge body 6 and the wiping cloth 19 may be replaced, or the entire second member 12 may be replaced.
[0036]
FIG. 6 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. The difference between the cleaning tool 1B of the second embodiment and the cleaning tool 1A of the first embodiment is that the first embodiment is based on the handle 2. The first connecting portion 8 for connecting to the base 4 is positioned behind the spatula member 5 at the upper end portion of the base 4, whereas in the second embodiment, the first connecting portion 8 is more than the lower end portion of the spatula member 5. It is formed in the state embedded in the inside of the base 4 in a slightly lower position. Since the other configuration is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, the same reference numerals as those of the first embodiment are assigned to the same main components, and the description thereof is omitted.
[0037]
FIGS. 7 and 8 show a third embodiment of the present invention. The cleaning tool 1C of the third embodiment has a first portion 21 in which the base 4 is connected to each other by a hinge means 18 so as to be freely bent. The spatula member 5 and the handle 2 are attached to the first part 21, and the sponge body is attached to the attachment surface 23 formed so as to straddle the first part 21 and the second part 22. 6 is attached.
[0038]
Since the configuration, operation, and preferred modifications other than those described above are substantially the same as those of the first embodiment, the same reference numerals as those of the first embodiment are assigned to the same main components, and the description thereof is omitted. To do.
Further, the handle 2 may be connected to the back middle portion of the base 4 in the same manner as the cleaning tool 1B of the second embodiment.
[0039]
FIG. 9 shows a fourth embodiment of the present invention. In the first and second embodiments, the base 4 is divided into a separable first member 11 and second member 12, respectively. While the spatula member 5 is attached to the member 11 and the sponge body 6 is attached to the second member 12, the cleaning tool 1D of the fourth embodiment has the base 4 made of one member. The base 4 is different from the above embodiments in that both the spatula member 5 and the sponge body 6 are attached.
[0040]
Since the configuration of the fourth embodiment other than the above is substantially the same as that of the first and second embodiments, the same reference numerals as those of the respective embodiments are given to the same main components, and the description thereof is omitted.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, according to the glass cleaning tool of the present invention, the glass surface is rubbed with the water-containing sponge body and the water droplets are removed with the spatula member at the same time using one cleaning tool. This can be easily performed without performing troublesome operations such as reversing the head direction back and forth by 180, and is excellent in workability.
In addition, since the sponge body can be reused by absorbing water droplets that are scraped off by the spatula member and flow down the glass surface, it becomes possible to always maintain the sponge body in a state containing water, Since the work of adding water again can be greatly reduced, coupled with the fact that there is no need to use the two types of tools separately as described above, it can be used in high places such as high windows and windows in the atrium. Even when the formed window glass or the like is cleaned, the number of times the cleaning tool is raised and lowered can be suppressed, which is extremely efficient.
