   FERMETURE DE RECIPIENT. 



   La présente invention se rapporte à une fermeture de récipient destinée entre autres à obturer des récipients présentant un orifice assez large, tel que notamment des verres à boire, ou des flacons employés pour la vente de certains produits liquides ou semi-liquides. 



   L'invention a pour but de réaliser une fermeture étanche qui ne nécessite pas un vissage ou un capsulage, ces derniers modes d'obturation présentant fréquemment des aléas et des dangers de rupture lors de l'ouver- ture desdits récipients. 



   A cet effet, la fermeture de récipient selon l'invention est con- stituee d'une matière déformable. 



   Selon une forme de réalisation avantageuse, cette matière défor- mable est une matière plastique,   @   
Dans une forme de réalisation particulière, ladite matière plas- tique est constituée par une matière du groupe des polymères solides   d'éthy-   lène. 



   Une particularité de l'invention réside dans le fait que la fer- meture de récipient selon 1'invention présente du côté   où   il s'applique sur le récipient, un rebord rentrant, extérieurement au récipient. 



   Une particularité de cette forme de réalisation réside dans le fait que la face interne dudit rebord présente des cannelures ménagées se- lon des plans normaux à l'axe du récipient. 



   D'autres détails et particularités de l'invention ressortiront de la description d'une fermeture de récipient conforme à l'invention, description donnée à titre d'exemple nullement limitatif et avec référen- ce aux dessins ci-annexés. 



   Les figures 1 à 7 représentent, en coupe, différentes variantes de l'objet de l'invention. 



   La figure 8 montre une variante des cannelures. 



   Dans ces différentes figures les mêmes notations de référence se

 rapportent à des éléments remplissant des fonctions analogues. 



   La fermeture de récipient représentée. par ces figures comporte dans chacune des formes de réalisation différentes un disque 1 présentant, du côté où il s'applique sur l'orifice du récipient un rebord 2 qui épouse au mieux l'orifice du récipient., éventuellement les saillies ou rebords que celui-ci peut présenter. Une étanchéité complète de l'orifice est assurée par le fait notamment qu'il est fait usage d'une matière déformable suffi- samment élastique pour enserrer l'orifice du récipient. D'autre part, des cannelures 3 ou 4, pouvant se présenter sur la surface externe ou interne du disque, peuvent être prévus dans le but de raidir le disque de matière élastique formant fermeture. Ces cannelures 3 apparaissent clairement à la figure 4; les mêmes cannelures 4 sont représentées par les figures 5 et 6. 



   Dans le cas où la fermeture s'applique sur des récipients tels que des verres, le disque de matière élastique présente une saillie de pré- hension 5   externe--et   un rebord interne 6 destiné à enserrer le bourrelet 7 qui se présente généralement sur de tels récipients. 



   La figure 2 est une variante de la figure 1 mais destinée à s'appliquer sur un flacon, de préférence en verre, présentant un orifice se rétrécissant. 



   La figure 3 est analogue à la figure 1 mais l'inclinaison du rebord 7 est plus prononcée. 



   Une fermeture renforcée 3 pour un récipient analogue à ceux qui sont reproduits par les figures 1 et 3 est représentée par la figure 4. a figure 5 montre un récipient à peu de choses près identique au précéaent mais dans lequel   les,cannelures   4 apparaissent à l'intérieur du couvercle, tandis que le récipient ne présente pas de bourrelet 7. 



   La figure 6 représente un récipient de dimensions plus grandes dont la saillie 7 déborde plus largement du goulot 8, le rebord 2 du disque formant fermeture présentant une cavité appropriée à la saillie 7, tandis qu'une cannelure supplémentaire 9 destinée à assurer une plus grande étanchéité   a été prévue ; dernière vient s'appliquer de manière élastique contre   la paroi intérieure du goulot 8 Outre les cannelures 4, ce dernier couver- cle présente encore une cannelure extérieure 10 de renforcement. 



   La figure 7 se rapporte à une dernière variante destinée à s'ap- pliquer sur un goulot étroit présentant une forte saillie extérieure 11, tandis que le disque lui-même ne présente pas de cannelures pour le raidir mais est terminé à sa périphérie par une partie débordante 12 destinée à fa- ciliter la préhension. 



   Vu les caractéristiques tant de la forme extérieure que de la com- position même des disques de fermeture, il est évident que ceux-ci peuvent être utilisés plusieurs fois, ce qui présente évidemment un très grand avan- tage par rapport aux fermetures à capsule ou autres qui, une fois utilisées, ne peuvent plus trouver usage aux mêmes fins. 



   Signalons au sujet des propriétés élastiques de ces disques que leur allongement peut atteindre de 0,5 à 20% de leur diamètre. 



   D'autre part, l'usage d'une matière plastique à base de polythène rend ces disques résistants à l'action des acides et bases minéraux et orga- niques. En outre, ces disques peuvent être utilisés à des températures al- lant de -60  à 70 C sans la moindre altération de leur qualité élastique ni de leur propriété chimique. De par cette même élasticité, il est évi- dent que, ni le placement, ni l'enlèvement de ces disques de fermeture n'exi- ge l'usage d'outils appropriés. 



   Lors de la fabrication des disques, on pourrait également leur donner une forme bombée, extérieurement ou intérieurement, de même que tous dessins 'pu inscriptions, tels par exemple que des marques de fabrique, ces   inscriptions   en relief pouvant se réaliser lors de la coulée des disques.

   D'une manière générale, les disques de fermeture décrits ci-des- sus présentent un intérêt exceptionnel dans toutes les applications où on - cherche à assurer une bonne   étanchéité,   une très grande résistance à l'alté- ration des moyens de fermeture et du produit enfermé, une simplicité des manoeuvres souvent répétées ainsi qu'une présentation esthétique. 



   Signalons au hasard quelques domaines d'application de l'objet de l'invention qui sont plus spécialement :l'industrie des conserves ali- mentaires, des produits pharmaceutiques, des produits de beauté, etc... 



   Il est entendu que bien des modifications peuvent être ap- portées à 1'objet de 1'invention et que cette dernière n'est pas limitée aux formes de réalisation décrites ci-avant; bien des modifications pourraient y être apportées notamment quant à la forme,à la disposition, au nombre et à la constitution des éléments intervenant dans sa réalisation. 



   REVENDICATIONS. 



   1. - Fermeture de récipient constituée notamment d'un disque pré- sentant extérieurement un rebord destiné à enserrer l'orifice du récipient, caractérisée en ce que le disque précité est formé d'une matière déformable.

   On the other hand, the use of a plastic material based on polythene makes these discs resistant to the action of mineral and organic acids and bases. Furthermore, these discs can be used at temperatures ranging from -60 to 70 ° C without any deterioration in their elastic quality or their chemical property. By virtue of this same elasticity, it is evident that neither the placement nor the removal of these closure discs requires the use of suitable tools.
